Were a skull of this phenotype to be encountered, then the historical record would have to be consulted. If the historical indicated that Dravidian Albinos were indeed in the area at that time, then the skull would have to be tagged as racially inconclusive.
But happily, that is not a problem. Dravidian Albinos are known to have stayed in Asia until about 2,000 B.C. By that late date, the world had already taken shape, and most of human history had already been made.
