Albinos, especially Ashkenazi Jews are very concerned about their OCA defective lagacies and have been conducting uncontrolled "Hit and Miss" shotgun experiments using human gnome data in attempts to filter out the OCA component out of genetically defective Albino humans.
Very likely, these illegal undercover and publicly funded operations are supplied with fresh human DNA acquired illegally via hospitals (from unsuspecting patients), Prisons (where inmates have signed away their rights) and political prisoners.
In Albino controlled countries such as Israel, Russia, and Belgium, these types of experiments in human cloning can proceed unimpeded, while they are illegal in the US, England, other civilized countries.
Israel is especially guilty of these crimes (using Africans, Arabs, and Indian test subjects) since they can do as they wish without being bothered by international laws.

For-Profit Plasma donation centers have strung up all over America in it's poorest neighborhoods. Driving by these locations each morning I'm always saddened to see impoverished black and Mexican men lined up around the facility entrance awaiting the chance to sell their vital bodily fluids. It's even more interesting that the major consumer of the plasma and blood donated to these centers are Israeli hospitals and Clinics, used to give full transfusions to Ashkenazi Israelis. Is Israel literally sucking the blood and DNA out of the US black community?

Ethics profs fret over cyborg brains, mind-controlled missiles Why can't scientists be allowed to BUILD KILLER ROBOTS?
A British ethics group has started a consultation on the morality of messing about in the human brain in ways that could result in thought-controlled weaponry and super-human capabilities.
The Nuffield Council on Bioethics wants to get scientists, policy-makers, regulators and anyone working with or hoping to use futuristic technologies such as brain-computer interfaces, deep brain stimulation and neural stem cell therapy to send in their views on whether poking around in our grey matter is the right thing to do.
These technologies are mostly being developed to try to help people with severe brain injuries or neurological diseases like Parkinson's disease and stroke, but they are also being picked up for military applications and to enhance normal brain functions for commercial gain.
“Intervening in the brain has always raised both hopes and fears in equal measure,” said Thomas Baldwin, chair of the study and Professor of Philosophy at the University of York.
“Hopes of curing terrible diseases, and fears about the consequences of trying to enhance human capability beyond what is normally possible. These challenge us to think carefully about fundamental questions to do with the brain: what makes us human, what makes us an individual, and how and why do we think and behave in the way we do.”
Hi-tech warfare applications creating super-soldiers who can control missiles with their minds are a particular concern for the council.
“For example if brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) are used to control military aircraft or weapons from far away, who takes ultimate responsibility for the actions? Could this be blurring the line between man and machine?” Baldwin asked.
Military applications for BCIs – for example, remotely controlling weapons and machines with the mind – are already being researched and tested. BCIs are also being looked for their commercial value, for example, they could be used for playing video games via brain signals.
Brain stimulation, zapping the brain with electricity or magnetism in order to change brain activity, is already being used in some forms.
Repetitive Transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), which is applied externally, is used to treat depression and also being investigated for use in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Alzheimer's and pain disorders.
Deep brain stimulation (DBS), where the zapping comes from an electrode and wires placed in and around the brain during surgery, is being used to treat Parkinson's and OCD, while research is ongoing for patients with epilepsy, strokes and Tourette's.
DBS is already suspected of causing various complications in patients, including strokes, confusion, speech disorders, depression and possible damage to the brain tissue around the implant.
The third technology the council wants to look into – neural stem cell therapy – is the least well understood. Boffins are looking at the possibility of growing neural stem cells to inject into the brain to replace nerve cells lost due to Alzheimer's disease, strokes or Huntingdon's disease.
According to the council, there's a lot of interest and funding for this research and small-scale human trials are already happening, but the treatment is not yet widely available in the UK.
The concerns with this therapy are a risk of tumours formation and the possibility of changes in mood, behaviour or ability.

Anybody remember that the young black boys (over 28 African-American children) found murdered in Atlanta, GA were found to have all received some type of injection (likely, extraction) from their scrotum's. The murder was never caught.
Stem cells from testicles offer organ bonanza
US medical researchers believe they may have developed a new way of obtaining potentially useful stem cells, which could be key to a range of therapies in future. The catch is that they plan to harvest the basic material from human testicles.
According to Reuters, Dr Shahin Rafii (of Weill Cornell Medical College in New York and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute) is pioneering the new bollock-based stem cell production methods.
It seems the ballsy boffin and his team "found a way to easily pick the cells out from other tissue in the testicles".
It seems that men - and perhaps genetically-matching female blood relatives of theirs - could soon have access to brand new vat-grown tissues and organs. Scientists believe that "spermatogonial progenitor cells" harvested from yarbles should be able to do the business "well into advanced age".
Think of it - a lovely new set of kidneys and liver once yours are all worn out. All that's needed is (chaps of sensitive disposition skip this) a small little sample of flesh from the testicles.

a suspect in the string of attacks in three states has been arrested and appeared in an Atlanta court. Sixteen of the stabbing and bludgeoning victims were black, one Hispanic and one white man.
According to the Washington Post, police apprehended Abuelazam, a Christian Israeli-Arab, on Aug. 11 at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport where he was waiting to board a Delta flight to his native home in Tel Aviv, Israel after they received an anonymous tip. Charged with attempted murder in connection with the July 27 stabbing in Flint, Mich., Judge Richard Hicks informed Abuelazam that more charges were expected to be brought against him. The judge also explained that Abuelazam would have to return to Michigan if he wanted to fight the charges, to which he agreed.
Since late May, authorities allege that Abuelazam has randomly stabbed and attacked 18 men, including the five fatal deaths and nine stabbings in Flint; the two stabbings in Virginia, including the one bludgeoned to death with a hammer; and the fatal stabbing outside of a Toledo church Aug. 7.

Notice he is described as an "Israeli-Arab".
Be sure that there exists other like individuals working for Israel who could be described as "Israeli-African" or "Israeli-African-American" who serve as assassins to maintain Israel's control.
Remember the so-called "Arab" suspects of 9/11 had strong Israeli and Saudi ties.
