Serial killers in contrast are meticulous planners: they must select, control, and dispose of their victims, a complex process which takes a lot of thought and meticulous planning.

Cassi aren't you kinda backtracking you say for example:

So when white soldiers do a whole bunch of non premeditated killings, it doesn't reflect on them because you can fall back and say it's demonstration of character. However, if blacks don't do it they lack intelligence? It surely couldn't be that they on average merely lack the motivation to think of ways to kill a whole bunch of people. Whether looking at killing bunch of people on a macro (soldiers/genocide) or more micro level (serial killing)pre meditated killing even among Euros is ironically considered a much more heinous crime.
Oh, and if the US weren't killing innocent people with some level of intent why are they after the guys who made wiki leaks? Why did they try to cook the books? Why had they underrepresented the amount of people murdered by troops (who yes, are predominantly white). Criminality and who does it most will always be up to whites to decide, and whenever they don't like the numbers, they are changed to maintain the same ol' same ol'.
