I know about this story. But the NOI has confirmed that its not true.

The NOI also confirms that the Japanese made giant flyings saucers that are manned by black people
that will bomb America with poison gas.
The NOI also confirms white people were made by an ancient black scientist in a laboratory by grafting

Wallace Fard Muhammad had observed the organization that Noble Drew Ali had formed and he decided to form a similar organization.

Fard Muhhammad brought a message to black people that Black people are God and that white people are the Devil although according to Elijah Muhammad he was half white himself.

Because many black people liked this message when he said his father was from Mecca nobody questioned it. he was considered a holy man Elijah Muhammad said Fard Muhammad was "in the person of Allah"

Wesley Muhammad Willams is a follower of Master Fard's religion.

^^^ If you looked at this picture and didn't know who it was would you assume that this is a half Arab half white person? That is what the NOI says.

If I looked at this person without knowing who he was he could fit any number of ethnicities. I might guess just on looking he was hispanic, like a Mexican who is half Spanish descent.
Not the more native looking Mexicans. The NOI said Fard Muhammad was half white anyway.

That doesn't mean he was Hispanic.
He could have been half Arabian or he could have been half New Zealander or half Moroccan or half native American. half a millon things
Print out his picture. Show it to some people who don't know who he is. Ask them what nationality they think he is.
I would be surprised if most said Arab

Master Fard had the ability to invent a new religion custom made for black people. He had oratory skills and was good at getting people to come see him speak.

If he was from New Zealand black people might not have related to that.

I don't know if he was from New Zealand or not.
Even if he was from New Zealand he could have been half white and Elijah Muhammad said he was half white.

Most people from New Zealand are not Maori but I put up a couple for comparison.

You put up a different picture of Maoris as if to suggest the pictures I put up were false. They are not false, Maoris don't all look the same. Add to that half white and that covers a lot of variation

Maori are diverse in looks. Africans are not and can't be. LOL

Joker!

I rather believe what the NOI tells about their own history, then your hypothesis. May I remind you that you lie all the time.

May I remind you, that during those days you had Brown vs Board and the Jim Crow Law (with all it's inequities). It was implemented and supported by the government. As if such government will absolutely tell the truth?

Doug you are obviously annoyed by the picture of your people in poverty.

Yet you call Black people slaves but your people are heading into a 1000 years of slavery each day.

Listening to you one would think Muurs are all destitute in Africa whereas your albino fathers are living it off.

That is a waaay off exaggeration. The elites class who control the world live it off from China to India. The poor are poor all over the world.

It is more than skin colour.

In Africa I have seen so-called whites begging on the streets.

In North America I have seen white people picking the trash from my garbage can. I can take pictures of them and post for you too.

Ofcourse there are Black riche in South Africa, Zambia, and all over Africa.

Michael Sata is the boss in Zambia. Here you start pissing your pants about the Deputy PM of Zambia, yet the overall boss is a Black Socialist.

What the heck are you rambling with your evil chants about poor black people? Cry for your white cagot trash brethrens ok? WE the Black people of this world are moving on into the great future.

Your types are closet Nazis who will go down to their 1000 years of slavery.

Muur riche Black folks of South Africa:

 -

South African Black Shoe designers making millions of dollars in the fashion Industry. The powerful millionaire couple Phindi and Tshepo Kgaudi

And Muur and Muur......

Do white people have a future in South Africa?

By John Simpson
World Affairs Editor, BBC News

Apartheid South Africa looked after white people and nobody else. Now some of its white communities face a level of deprivation, or of violence, which threatens their future in the country.

Everyone here, regardless of colour, tells you that white people are still riding high.

They run the economy. They have a disproportionate amount of influence in politics and the media.

They still have the best houses and most of the best jobs.

All of this is true but it is not the only picture.

Look below the surface and you will find poverty and a sense of growing vulnerability.

The question I have come to South Africa to answer is whether white people genuinely have a future here.

The answer, as with so many similar existential questions, is "Yes - but…"

It seems to me that only certain parts of the white community really have a genuine future here: the better-off, more adaptable parts.

Working-class white people, most of them Afrikaans-speakers, are going through an intense crisis. But you will not read about it in the newspapers or see it reported on television because their plight seems to be something arising out of South Africa's bad old past - a past which everyone, black and white, would like to forget.

According to one leading political activist, Mandla Nyaqela, this is the after-effect of the huge degree of selfishness and brutality which was shown towards the black population under apartheid.

"It is having its effect on whites today, even though they still own a share of South Africa's wealth which is entirely disproportionate," he said.
That may all be true. But the people who are suffering now are the weakest and most vulnerable members of the white community.

Ernst Roets, a leading Afrikaans campaigner from the AfriForum organisation, took me to a squatter camp outside the country's capital, Pretoria. A white squatter camp.

It has been set up on the property of a sympathetic white farmer and is called, optimistically, Sonskyn Hoekie - Sunshine Corner.
There are broken-down cars and bits of discarded furniture everywhere. Beyond the wooden shacks lie ditches and pools of dirty, stagnant water where mosquitoes breed. Two basic toilets serve the whole camp.

According to Roets there are 80 white squatter camps - many of them bigger than this - in the Pretoria area alone. Across South Africa as a whole he believes there could be as many as 400,000 poor whites in conditions like these.

Sonskyn Hoekie has no water and no electricity. The inhabitants live on two hand-out meals of maize porridge a day, which is provided by local volunteers. There is no social security for them, no lifeline - any more than there was for non-whites when apartheid ruled.

"I don't want to live in a place like this," said Frans de Jaeger, a former bricklayer, who with his beard and wrinkled face looks like one of the old Voortrekkers.

"But I can't get out."
His wife died suddenly of cancer a few years ago and it sent him into a downward spiral of binge drinking and destitution.

Semi-skilled white people have little chance of getting a job when so many black South Africans are unemployed.

There is another group of white Afrikaners, far higher up the social scale, who are deeply threatened - in this case, literally. Virtually every week the press here report the murders of white farmers, though you will not hear much about it in the media outside South Africa.

In South Africa you are twice as likely to be murdered if you are a white farmer than if you are a police officer - and the police here have a particularly dangerous life. The killings of farmers are often particularly brutal.

Ernst Roets's organisation has published the names of more than 2,000 people who have died over the last two decades. The government has so far been unwilling to make solving and preventing these murders a priority.

I went to a little town called Geluik - happiness. A few weeks ago gunmen burst into the farm shop there and opened fire, killing one farmer outright and injuring one of his sons and a shopworker.

They stole next to nothing. It seemed to be a deliberate, targeted killing. Soon afterwards the son died of his injuries.

Belinda van Nord, the daughter and sister of the men who died, told me how dangerous the lives of white people in the countryside have become. The police, she said, had seemed to show little interest in this case.

In the little graveyard where her father and brother are buried there are two other graves of farmers murdered recently. The wonderful landscape which surrounds it has become a killing ground.
There used to be 60,000 white farmers in South Africa. In 20 years that number has halved.

In the old days, the apartheid system looked after whites and did very little for anyone else.

Nowadays white people here are on their own.
Those who fit in and succeed will certainly have a future. As for the rest, there are no guarantees whatsoever.

South Africa has the largest wealth gap in the world and most of the population is in poverty. And since blacks are the majority of the population, that means that the majority of the people in poverty in South Africa and the rest of Africa are black. As a matter of fact, most Africans period live in poverty, not just in Africa but around the world. So that is quite a few hundred million people. In America, blacks make up a large percentage of the poorest population even though they are a minority. Same in South America, Jamaica, Haiti, Central America and everywhere else. All of this is a legacy of historic white supremacy, colonialism and the slave trade.

quote:

A government study has shown more than half of the people in South Africa live in poverty.

The survey, which is the latest to be conducted by the government's statistics agency but dates back to 2009, shows that South Africa is one of the most unequal countries in the world.

And the first census done in a decade indicates that white South Africans still take home six times more pay than their black compatriots - nearly two decades after the end of apartheid.

The reports come at a difficult time for the South African president, Jacob Zuma, who is fighting to be re-elected as leader of the ruling ANC party.

The outcome of that vote will determine who leads the party into the next election - and therefore who'll likely be the South African president until 2019.

The reports show the country's black middle class is growing fast. It's now the same size as the white South African middle class, helped by the country's employment laws which were drawn up to redress decades of inequality and unfairness by previous white regimes.

http://news.sky.com/story/1026884/south-africa-poverty-survey-shows-slow-progress

Dont let those numbers fool you. That middle class is just simply a bunch of wage slaves token negroes who are happy to get a bigger check from the same white slave master and colonist who formerly used their ancestors as dog food. As long as they get a check, whatever happened before doesn't matter....

And these slums didn't just get there yesterday. This is the ONLY place blacks were supposed to live at for the last 200 years. And this is no different from anywhere else in Africa or South America or the Carribean where black folks live at.

But don't worry..... white people love you and want to help.

This is Kenya:

(And this was built by white people... claiming to help a one room shack, no electricity, running water, etc.... basically a tin shack/mud hut with a chalk board. And black folks STILL believe they really want to help them... after robbing them for over 200 years... LOL!)Kenyans should be embarrassed that they allow these people to pull such nonsense scams. As if Africans cant build their own one room mud hut/tin shack with a chalk board..... Seriously this isn't "help". They are supposed to be building real schools with electricity and everything else, but what do you expect when you turn the crook into your savior? Oh but that's right, this school and all these other schools are built just for that, to teach you how to love a white savior.... Jesus Christ.

The income of white South African households is six times higher than black ones, new census figures reveal.

President Jacob Zuma said the census showed the black majority is still at the "bottom of the rung", 18 years after white minority rule ended.

The statistics showed that while the income of black households had increased by nearly 170% in the last decade, they still earned the least.

The population now stands at nearly 52 million, 79% of whom are black people.

It has risen by seven million since 2001.
'Great strides'

The 2011 census statistics showed that children below the age of five number nearly 11 million, making them the largest age group.

Much remains to be done to further improve the livelihoods of our people especially in terms of significant disparities that still exist between the rich and poor”

Jacob Zuma South Africa's president

"It could be that HIV [infection] rates have levelled out and fertility has begun to recover," said Statistics South Africa's demographic analysis executive director, Diego Iturralde.

The average annual income of a white household is about 365,000 rand ($42,000; £26,000), followed by Indians at 251,000 rand, people of mixed race at 251,500 rand and blacks at 60,600 rand, it showed.

Other key findings include:

Nearly 30% of the labour force is unemployed
More than three million children (nearly 4%) are orphans
More than nine million people live in homes while the number of shack-dwellers has risen since 2001 to nearly two million
The number of homes with flush toilets has increased from 50% in 2001 to 57%
The number of people who have completed higher education has increased to 11.8%, from 8.4% in 2001
The number of homes with electricity has increased from 58.2% in 1996 to 84.7% in 2011
Paraffin is the main energy source at 7.5% of all homes
Mobile phone ownership has increased from less than 32% a decade ago to nearly 90%.

Mr Zuma said the census showed that while "great strides" have been made since racial segregation ended in 1994, much still needed to be done to end inequality.

"These figures tell us that at the bottom of the rung is the black majority who continue to be confronted by deep poverty, unemployment and inequality, despite the progress that we have made since 1994," he said.

"Much remains to be done to further improve the livelihoods of our people especially in terms of significant disparities that still exist between the rich and poor."

Mr Zuma pledged that by 2030 the African National Congress (ANC) government would make sure that each community had a clinic, school, library and police station.

South Africa.s population increased 16 percent since the last census was conducted in 2001 and compares with 50.6 million estimated in mid-2011, the statistics agency said. About 9 percent of the population is of mixed race, 8.9 percent white and 2.5 percent Asian, it said.

Incomes for white households increased 88 percent to 365,134 rand in the past decade, the data shows.

Income inequality still significant, income for black African group almost tripled in last decade.

PRETORIA – Census 2011 data released by StatsSA on Tuesday shows that the black African majority remains the worst affected by poverty and that income inequality remains a major issue.

It also shows, however, that if one looks at income growth, the group where growth has been the fastest over the last decade is in the black African category, growing at 169.12%. From an average income of R22 522 in 2001, this group now earns on average R60 613 per year.

According to the statistical release from StatsSA, if the income growth just remained on par with inflation over the ten-year period, growth should have been at 77.5% or, for this group, R39 976.

Whereas the white population of South Africa on average still earn multiples more than the black African category, their average income only grew at 88.38% over the last decade, just above the compound percentage of 77.5% to stay above inflation.

At an average of R365 134 per year, the average income for a South African in this group is still more than a R100 000 more than the closest other demographic group – Indians/Asians at R251 541 in 2011. (see table 1).

So as you see the pattern of the colonialist British who put the whites on top, Indians/Asians in the middle and blacks on the bottom...
And the whites and the Asians earn 5-6 times what the average black South African does. It isn't even close.

quote:

Eighteen years after the end of apartheid, South Africa is now judged to be one of the most unequal societies in the world and its 19 million children bear the brunt of the disconnect.

The Unicef report found that 1.4 million children live in homes that rely on often dirty streams for drinking water, 1.5 million have no flushing lavatories and 1.7 million live in shacks, with no proper bedding, cooking or washing facilities.

Four in 10 live in homes where no one is employed and, in cases of dire poverty, the figure rises to seven in 10.

A total of 330,000 children - and five million adults - are currently infected with HIV, and 40 per cent die from the pandemic annually.

Child support grants, introduced in 1997, now reach 10.3m children but another one million who are eligible do not yet receive them.

Sandton is often cited as a materialistic centre and refuge of the white flight from the Johannesburg CBD. Following the launch of Sandton Magazine, the town was satirized in a tongue-in-cheek satirical news story by Hayibo.com[12] that was also published on the Sandton Magazine website. The headline comically read "Sandton magazine hailed as just what rich whites need." There is reference to the requirement of two wealthy young white people on the cover "to help frightened Sandtonians forget about Alexandra township next door." The spoof also uses the magazine's marketing slogan when "four Mozambicans wandered into the ballroom apparently in search of the good life in the great north." These Mozambicans are "tazered," a reference to the advanced crime-fighting technology in the suburb. The materialism is heightened with imaginary article headline "Botox your Botox: why your face can never be paralysed enough." The fears of a Zuma presidency are reiterated "Ten Zuma-proof off-shore investments you can hide from the taxman." The high rates of white emigration and fears post-2010 are also satirized "Likewise, should we be looking at Perth or London post-2010?." Ultimately, security and material items are cited as the solution to any problem in the country "We want to remind people that there is no problem this country can throw at you that you can't solve with electric fencing and a pedicure."

Former Sandton resident and author, Sarah Britten cites the town regularly in her book The Art of the South African Insult. She cites the popularity that the town also holds with the growing black middle-class "Empowerment kugels don't hang out in Soweto; they do lunch in Sandton" and quotes columnist Therese Owen's advice to former TV-personality Kedibone, "Now that you're no longer wanted as a continuity presenter on SABC1, go hang out in Sandton and catch yourself a BEE boy." She also references a commentator on Moneyweb, "Sandton is attractive to the schmucks of this world—get over it—$s don't buy class."
"Africa's richest square mile"
Maude Street adjacent to Sandton Convention Centre

The Sandton area is one of the most opulent in Johannesburg and South Africa, and therefore in Africa but not far away (only about 6 km) from Alexandra, one of the poorest former black townships.[citation needed] Sandton covers an area of approximately 156 km sq. while Alexandra is just over 8 km sq. It is estimated that the population of Alexandra is the same as that of Sandton itself.

Due to the shortage[dubious – discuss] of available land, the trend in new developments is to go skyward. This is evidenced by the new 140-metre tall Michelangelo Towers, which purports to offer Manhattan-style living in Johannesburg.[13] The new apartment block will be the fourth-tallest building in Johannesburg and local newspaper the Sunday Times reports that the top-selling penthouse apartment was sold for R28 million (around $4 million).

Dont let those numbers fool you. That middle class is just simply a bunch of wage slaves token negroes who are happy to get a bigger check from the same white slave master and colonist who formerly used their ancestors as dog food. As long as they get a check, whatever happened before doesn't matter....

DougM,I get the impression you have an agenda but its time for some truth-hold on! Brookehouse isn't whites only! Its among a number of high cost private schools dominated by black Kenyans.
Kibera, til the early 80s was actually a lower class estate for artisans, tradesmen and poorer rural immigrants searching for such jobs. When the IMF/WB insisted on brutalitarian SAPs,which are slashed social spending and total removal of all subsidies a few years later the population exploded.
More and more rural poor migrated in search of fewer and fewer Nairobi jobs leading to the Kibera of today.
On the subject of housing how many white US middle class are now homeless living in their cars?

Man, some people are just determined to be stupid and I mean stupid. After 200 years of colonization and racism AROUND THE WORLD these fools still sit up here and want to say that the fact that blacks are on the bottom EVERYWHERE is somehow NATURAL. Why on earth are black folks so DAMNED DESPERATE to pretend not to be the chicken that is for dinner? And you talk about Osiris and don't know what it means......

Anyway, KIBERA SLUM was created by the British in Kenya the same way ALL THE SLUMS IN AFRICA were created, because they kicked the Africans OFF their lands and forced them to live in SQUATTER CAMPS on the outskirts of the major SEGREGATED CITIES built by the whites. This is what happened in South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe and everywhere else that white folks colonized. Do you SERIOUSLY think that these SHANTY TOWNS just came about on their own recently? Hell no.

I wish black people would read some books and stop trying to pretend SO DAMNED HARD that they are "equal" to everybody else when they are the ones on the very bottom in most cases.

quote:

The legacy of segregation in Nairobi’s zoning

October 10 2007: In seeking solutions to planning challenges, Nairobi’s residents should remain aware that many of the zoning regulations we regard as normal were deliberately designed to perpetuate extreme inequity under colonial rule. Further, after independence, the legacy of these policies continues.

During the early colonial period, Nairobi was based on the British concept of the garden city whose sprawl would be limited.

Under a segregationist administration, high-ranking government officials and other Europeans settled to the north and west of the city in areas such as Kileleshwa, Lavington and Westlands (Upper Nairobi) and on larger tracts of land in Karen, Kikuyu and Limuru.

Parklands, Pangani and Eastleigh as well as areas to the south were designated as “Asian”. Africans were relegated to the eastern side of the city in the neighbourhoods we now know as Shauri Moyo, Kaloleni, Bahati, Jericho and Dandora.

Under pressure from the influx of landless Africans from rural areas, the colonial government discouraged large-scale middle and low-income housing developments hoping to stem the flow. Consequently, between 1900 and 1920, almost all Africans in Nairobi were squatters.

Inhabitants of the older slums serviced the homes, farms and shops of the more affluent, often as day labourers. However, in 1923, Pumwani was established as an African location to accommodate migrants from the rural areas. .

What is striking about Nairobi is how stable our space allocation has remained despite the fact that its origins were distorted. According to the 1969 census, 73 per cent of Africans lived in Eastlands, 82 per cent of Asians in the Asian zones and 82 per cent of Europeans in former European settlement areas.

Over time, of course, better-educated and higher-income Africans, and many public officials, moved on to the more spacious parcels of Upper Nairobi. But the disproportionate consumption of urban space by the affluent remained.

As late as 1980, upper Nairobi supported only 2-25 people per hectare while Parklands, Eastleigh and Nairobi South, the historically Asian areas, had 30 to 40 people. Eastlands, by contrast, supported 50 to 300 people per hectare.

Meanwhile, following a growth spurt of 200 per cent between 1969 and 1979, slums supported densities of 1250 people per hectare which by 1992, had increased to 2000 people. Today, informal settlements with more than 55 percent of Nairobi’s population occupy just over five percent of its land.

http://www.businessdailyafrica.com/Opinion-and-Analysis/-/539548/569856/-/view/printVersion/-/119j150/-/index.html

And quiet as its kept, whites(british) and asians STILL CONTROL MOST of Kenya's economy, just like the British and Dutch STILL control South Africa's economy, including Zimbabwe and PRETTY MUCH MOST of the rest of Africa. But some clowns just are DESPERATE to try and pretend otherwise.

quote:

In a feature story published Thursday, Daily Nation highlighted the complexity of the colonial legacy that exists in many African cities. While British colonists – John Ainsworth in particular – are recognised as the builders of Nairobi, the regime was premised on a highly exploitative relationship with locals.

As a chief administrator in the colonial government, Ainsworth was designated to build a town around the railway stop on the line from Mombasa to Kampala. What was once an ordinary railway stop is now the thriving city of Nairobi. Ainsworth, during his eight years in power, was certainly innovative, having successfully cleared much of the swamp on which the city is built, using Tasmanian Blue Gum trees that soaked up water while beautifying the town. He was undeniably successful in building a city where one did not previously exist.

However, Ainsworth pioneered the idea of segregation in the town plan of Nairobi, dividing the town into seven sections and demarcating 'native reserves.' Daily Nation contends: "in fact, Ainsworth was responsible for the initial demarcation of Nairobi, even though his idea of delineation would eventually lead scholars to identify colonial Kenya with an apartheid system of settlement and administration."

He demarcated "the Railway Centre, Indian Bazaar, Railway Quarters, European Business and Administration Centre, Dhobi Quarters, European Residential Areas, and the Military Barracks. Africans (apart from those working for the Railways) were left to fend for themselves on the east side of town. He did not even include them in the overall town plan, which goes some distance in explaining why that sector of the city now known as Eastlands is filled with sprawling, unplanned informal settlements."

http://urbanafrica.net/news/2013/04/08/look-nairobis-apartheid-history

Bottom line, the reason Africans live in shacks on the outskirts of big ultra rich white cities in Africa is because that is how the white folks wanted Africans to live, permanently. And the coon behind clown black face governments are only there to maintain the status quo and not change it. It is as obvious to anyone with eyes on their face but of course Africans love everybody but themselves and wont admit it.

 -

Richard Maponya, millionaire businessman

 -
Lebo Gunzala 27 year old multi-millionaire South Africa

 -
Patrick Mosepe billionaire, South Africa

And Muur and Muur......

Do white people have a future in South Africa?

By John Simpson
World Affairs Editor, BBC News

....

Albinos in Africa are facing a crisis of diminishment. Their numbers are falling in dire rates.

Soon they will become extinct in Africa, like the Dodos of Madagascar which they made extinct.

Doug M you focking cagot [Big Grin] , read and quake....

All of these suburbs and cities were strictly segregated by race: whites, asians, coloreds then blacks on the bottom. And all around these suburbs and cities are the shanty towns for the black workers: maids, landscapers, laborers, farmhands, etc.

Edgecombe is basically a sugar plantation town.

Its name is derived from the Earl of Mount Edgecombe in Cornwall, United Kingdom.

Yeah, but whites are dodos. Right.

They live in country clubs and places called Champagne valley but they are dodos and going extinct. But the blacks live in shacks in their own country. Make no mistake, this wealth gap is by design and there is no way that this gap will go away without Africans actually TAKING BACK what is theirs. No amount of fake love of whites will change this. Love starts within and for self not for everyone else when everyone else is against you.

And what you see here is no different than the way black folks live anywhere else on the planet in Euro dominated societies. Whites on the top, Asians and others in between and blacks on the bottom all by design within the global corporate FAKE model of diversity, based on Eugenics.

Here are some photos of old Colonial Kenya:

Here is the home page of the professor who studied the racial policies of urban development around the world:
http://www.geog.utoronto.ca/people/faculty/lewis/home/

Now these same folks who built these fabulous country clubs and resorts for themselves want you to believe that they will eventually build the same for black folks. Let me give you a clue. It isn't going to happen. Black folks have to build these things for themselves and NOBODY ELSE is going to help them. But because of the missionaries and educational system which teaches black folks how they should love the colonial white system, black folks believe in this nonsense and love their former oppressors, which also is by design.

quote:

Since the decade of independence in the 1960s, much has been written about how best to facilitate nation-building in Africa after European colonization. As education is generally regarded as the key to national development, proposals for nation building have included the reform of inherited educational systems which were erected to maintain the colonial social order and which continue to function to foster neo-colonial dependency, promote elitism, and inadequately prepare individuals for living successfully in their communities and in a rapidly changing world. Paramount among these reform proposals has been the call to re-appropriate African indigenous educational traditions that were marginalized or dismantled during colonial rule in Africa. Proponents of this call over the last forty years have included: Kofi Busia, who criticized colonial schooling in Ghana for separating students from the life and needs of their community; Ali Mazrui, who links contemporary education in Africa with a rural-urban divide; and more recently Elleni Tedla and Apollo Rhomire who describe both colonial and postcolonial education as perpetuating cultural and intellectual servitude and the devaluation of traditional African cultures.[1] But precisely how can African traditions be re-appropriated for education that is grounded in the continent's past while at the same time meeting the demands of living successfully in postcolonial and global contexts today?

In this article I attempt to address this question in the case of Sierra Leone. I draw creatively on the Akan concept of Sankofa (meaning "return to the past to move forward") and examples from the Mende ethnic group to re-think and re-appropriate some traditional African educational values and social organizations that were neglected or dismantled during the height of British colonial administration in Sierra Leone. This period is generally understood as spanning the late nineteenth century until the late 1950s when, for reasons of military and economic exploitation, British imperial grip on her African colonies tightened and education (curriculum and pedagogy) assumed greater significance as an arsenal in this exploitation. Sierra Leone and the Mende are the very country and ethnic group that comprised the cornerstone of British educational experimentation in Africa.

Sierra Leone was founded as a settlement for freed slaves in 1787 after the demise of legal slave trading. It was taken over as a British crown colony in 1808 but British control did not extend into the hinterland of the country until the closing years of the nineteenth century when a Protectorate was declared in Sierra Leone in 1896. Thereafter formal education, which had been left largely to Christian mission societies, was taken over by the colonial civil government and used as a systematic and measurable tool for economic exploitation, reduction of local resistance to white rule, transformation of indigenous outlooks, and meeting the limited needs of the colonial civil service. Unlike French colonial education in West Africa, total assimilation of the African "natives" does not stand out in the historical literature as an active goal of British colonial education in West Africa.[2] However, British effort to transform native outlook through "the provision of gradual means of developing a higher form of civilization," meant that many indigenous forms of education in the West African colonies were dismantled or allowed to lapse through neglect and marginalization.[3] This was the case among the Mende who comprised the largest indigenous group in Sierra Leone. According to Caroline Bledsoe, the proximity of Mende speakers to the coast as well as their distance from the Islamic influences of the North made them logical targets of educational and missioning efforts.[4] Bledsoe writes that these efforts sometimes involved the physical removal of Mende children from their families and placing them in boarding schools to increase geographical access to school but also to decrease the 'contaminating' influence of parents and elders on the children. Education, whether for the 'altruistic purposes' of the missionaries or the naked exploitative strategies of the colonial administration, was used to engineer the production of the minds and souls upon which to erect a new society in Sierra Leone. In the process, Mende indigenous educational traditions were rendered meaningless.

While high unemployment percentages persistently increase, living costs continue to rise, and those who still maintain employment face salary and wage cuts; nearly half of Americans are now officially rank as “poor” or “low-income”, according to the Associated Press.

New units of measurements recently implemented by the Census Bureau classify about 97.3 million Americans as low-income, defined as households earning up to twice the poverty level. They and the 49.1 million who fall below the poverty line make up 48 percent of the U.S. population.

About 4 million more people fall into the poor or low-income categories than did in 2009. Sheldon Danziger, a poverty specialist at the University of Michigan, said the numbers are likely to rise as more people fall out of the middle class but “are considered too ‘rich’ to qualify” for social safety-net programs.

Statistics like these prove the ever increasing need for charitable organizations and the impact the can make on society as a whole, with the help of the 50% of Americans who are still able to make a decent living and for themselves and their family members.

Ohh boy. Talk about denial. I post pictures of Africans slaving for other folks as the basis of built in and systematic poverty and these clowns talk about Europe and Japan as if that has anything to do with what is going on in Africa or Jamaica..... LOL! But ignore the fact that African countries make up most of the countries at the top of the list.

And yes the percentages on this chart are meaningless because the way the poverty index is calculated is totally different from country to country. For example the poverty index in Japan is any family living below 17,000 yen a year. Whereas in Jamaica that is for people living below $2.00 a day, which equates to less than $730 a year. People in poverty in the U.S. are those making less than $12,000 a year. By U.S. standards that is pretty bad off, but compared to Jamaica and other countries that is almost rich.

For example, most people in Jamaica or Africa who are in poverty don't have infrastructure. They live in Shacks. Electricity and Gas don't even exist. Compare that with people in America who probably live in some sort of housing and have gas and electricity and infrastructure. That doesn't compare to the poverty in most places in Africa.

Haiti being the second poorest country in the world is a big lie. Those Western media people hate Haiti so much. How can a country ravage by war like Aghanistan be richer then Haiti.Haiti is an inequal country not a poor country.

There is a large Haitian diaspora community in the USA, Canada and France sending money and traveling in Haiti. Some of those diaspora people are succesful professional. There are many millionaire businessman and politician in Haiti.A farmer may not have cash money but they dont pay bill and grow their own food.Classify the farmer as poor doesnt make sene.

Charity and poverty is a billion dollar business.Haitian and other country politician and white own ONG know the more you exagerate the poverty of a country the more money you will raise. Those ONG people are living like King with Harem in luxurious neighborhood in Haiti. There are poverty in Haiti due to a large population, selfishness of rich people and a lack of USA investment. The poor Haitian need help from charity .Instead of denigrate the Haitian people why dont Western country invest money there to create factories like they did in China.Haiti being the second poorest country of the world is laughable.

Humanity want Africa and Latin America to rise. Western countries(white) are very rich and technologicaly advance but they are in moral decline. We need Wall Street like stock market and Fortune 500 corporations in some developed African coountries in order for the worldwide black diaspora to invest.

Haiti is often labeled as the poorest country in the western hemisphere. That may or may not be correct but don't hold your breath waiting for white saviors to change the situation. They won't and they are the capitalists causing the problem in the first place along with their mulatto elite subjugating their own people.

You cannot be a capitalist if you own or control no land, resources, industry or CAPITAL. Just having a job does not make you a capitalist. It makes you someone who at the very least acknowledges the need to work in order to eat. But that does not make you a true capitalist. The capitalists are the ones who enslaved Africans, colonized Africa and devastated many parts of the planet.

pink boy, what we ah showed you is that a tiny elite is ruling mankind and immiserating the life of every one Americans, British, Africans.

Poverty is the problem of mankind as a whole not Africa.

The suffering masses of China and India far out number the suffering masses in Africa.

In America and England the people are so hopeless and dismayed, with their life, suicide has become a most welcome escape.

If you are poor in the western country, you go hungry and cold, and desperate.

The so-called poor in Africa have the sunshine, they have culture, they have the abundant organic foods of Africa, they have time on their hands because their populations are growing.

The west is dying off. Economically, militarily, and population wise.

Babylon has fallen! Only the cold grave awaits your pink asses now!

Black folks shouldn't be mad at anything or stand up for their rights to their land in Africa and their mines and their resources. So now we are all brothers and black folks and white folks are suffering equally, so the black folks don't need to take back the mines and wealth that is rightfully theirs now huh?

Black folks aren't broke and on the bottom of the totem pole world wide.

Sure. All those white folks living in those luxury country clubs and resorts in Africa are REALLY BLACK FOLKS..... And the people living in the tin shacks are really white. LOL!!!!

Nobody is ignoring that, I put up the chart because of it, brada noticed the Jamaica, Japan thing

You can't say the chart is entirely menaingless but
I would like to see a list of countries where a more consistent system is used to assess "poverty"

-what is poverty? we need a definition

here's the wikpedia based on the U.N. HDI

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_percentage_of_population_living_in_poverty

Poverty" defined as an economic condition of lacking both money and basic necessities needed to successfully live, such as food, water, education, healthcare, and shelter. There are many working definitions of "poverty," with considerable debate on how to best define the term. Lack of income security, economic stability and the predictability of one's continued means to meet basic needs all serve as absolute indicators of poverty. Poverty may therefore also be defined as the economic condition of lacking predictable and stable means of meeting basic life needs.

The first table refers to the lists of countries by the percentage of their population with an income of less than 1.25, and less than 2, US dollars per day. The sourced data refers to the most recent year available during the period 1992-2011.
The second table lists countries by the percentage of the population living below the national poverty line — the poverty line deemed appropriate for a country by its authorities. National estimates are based on population-weighted subgroup estimates from household surveys. Definitions of the poverty line may vary considerably among nations. For example, rich nations generally employ more generous standards of poverty than poor nations. Thus, the numbers are not strictly comparable among countries.

One could argue that human beings who have been living for hundreds of thousands of years without
electricity, gas, central heating, vaccines, anti-biotics, central heating, cars, telephones, computers, etc
- acquired these things due to a very capitalistic industrial revolution.
Not that that justifies the exploitation that went along with it but is something to consider

As long as they get a check, whatever happened before doesn't matter....

how most black folks live in South Africa:

And these slums didn't just get there yesterday. This is the ONLY place blacks were supposed to live at for the last 200 years. And this is no different from anywhere else in Africa or South America or the Carribean where black folks live at.

But don't worry..... white people love you and want to help.

Jesus Christ.

http://www.brookhouse.ac.ke/
quote:

Brookhouse is a Round Square co-educational day and boarding school for children aged 2 – 19, offering an adapted form of the British National Curriculum to Kenyan and international pupils. The pursuit of academic excellence is at the center of our educational philosophy and approach. Equally, as a global member of the Round Square association of schools worldwide, we believe that a school should foster courage, generosity, imagination, principle and resolve so that children emerge empowered with the skills and abilities to be the leaders and guardians of tomorrow’s world. We endeavour to provide the security and guidance necessary for children to achieve their potential in a friendly and supportive but academically rigorous atmosphere. As such we commit ourselves to the Round Square ethos by considering the six foundation pillars of Round Square as central to our holistic approach to education, augmenting our intrinsic commitment to academic excellence. The six pillars or IDEALS are: Internationalism; Democracy; Environment; Adventure; Leadership and Service.

No. We're not determined to be stupid. Living here we see a reality you can't see beyond MSM disinfo.
For example you mentioned flower exporters? Kenya is a world leader in not just in exports but in the small scale contribution.

Uganda,Columbia and Ecuador HAVE NIL SMALL SCALE FLOWER FARMER CONTRIBUTION. Not all large scale farmers are white, btw I know several locals.

Yes indeed. Humanity is one blood originally from the one Muurish Global Nation.

It ain't posturing. It is about doing.

What have your miserable Dog ass done for Africans or Muurs other than to take secret gratification in their supposed poverty and wax lyrical about fake statistics.

We gonna take it to the revolutionary high street now.

Pay attention. This is Joe Slovo South African Anti-Apartheid Hero. He gave his entire life to the destruction of apartheid. Should I hate him or diss him because his skin is pale?:

What has your dog-bitch ass ever done for a Muur?

Read Muurz:

Date: 10 November, 1989

Three White members of the African National Congress (ANC) were sentenced to long prison terms after being convicted on 32 charges of terrorism, including bomb and arson attacks against military personnel, political party offices and electricity pylons. Damian de Lange and Ian Robertson received 25 years and 20 years respectively whereas Susan Donelly, a British citizen received 18 years.

Marion Sparg was one of the few white women to join Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK), the armed wing of the African National Congress during South Africa's apartheid era.[1] A Sunday Times journalist, she was prompted into action after 32 ANC members and 19 civilians were killed by the South African Defence Force in an attack on Maseru, Lesotho. She would spend the years between 1981 and 1986 in exile where she received training in guerrilla warfare and worked in the ANC's Communication Department on a publication named Voice of Women and thereafter joined the Special Operations Division of Umkhonto We Sizwe.

In 1986 she was sentenced to 25 years' imprisonment on charges of treason, arson and attempted arson. Pleading guilty to all charges, she admitted planting and exploding limpet mines at Johannesburg's notorious police headquarters, John Vorster Square, and also at Cambridge Police Station in East London.

The ANC was set up as a "rainbow coalition" for all people. It was not set up to take back the lands and resources that had been stolen from whites, even though the FREEDOM CHARTER claimed they wanted to. But in reality they wanted to have an ALLIANCE WITH WHITES AND INDIANS more so than freedom, economic control and independence for black folks. And many Jews and whites involved in the early ANC coalition and in fact, many whites, indians and jews were incarcerated with Mandela.

The point is these folks never intended to take any land back from anyone. They just want to be part of a "rainbow nation" where everyone is happy and free.... except black folks who don't own or control anything.

And don't suggest that some white folks in the ANC automatically erases or replaces aparthied or colonialism across Africa or slavery which were systematic processes designed to redistribute wealth FROM black folks to whites. And that is why to this day blacks around the world have nothing. But they sit up and play this mind game with themselves that if they just "work a little harder" they will make it to the top. If that was the case they would have been on top 200 years ago when they were slaves working sun up to sun down. Such a mindset is a slave mindset not a freedom or independence mind set.

quote:

The term was intended to encapsulate the unity of multi-culturalism and the coming-together of people of many different nations, in a country once identified with the strict division of white and black.

In a series of televised appearances, Tutu spoke of the 'Rainbow People of God'. As a cleric, this metaphor drew upon the Old Testament story of Noah's Flood, and its ensuing rainbow of peace. Within South African indigenous cultures, the rainbow is associated with hope and a bright future (as in Xhosa culture).

The secondary metaphor the rainbow allows is more political. Unlike the primary metaphor, the room for different cultural interpretations of the colour spectrum is slight. Whether the rainbow has Newton's seven colours, or five of the Nguni (i.e., Xhosa and Zulu) cosmology, the colours are not taken literally to represent particular cultural groups.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_Nation

So that is what you got from your friends like Joe Slovo and others.

And the funniest thing is that now some of the biggest people pushing back against this nonsense is guess who?

quote:

A CHAMPION of the One City campaign at the dawn of South Africa.s democracy, former DP councillor and now leader of the DA in Bhisho Bobby Stevenson says the novelty of the rainbow nation has worn off.

Stevenson was one of the main drivers of the campaign pushing for an agreement to phase out the all-white city council in 1991.

The ANC and DP had joined forces to dissolve the ethnic structures which were the white council, Ebhayi council, the coloured Northern Areas Management Committee and Malabar Management Committee, representing the Indian community.

.I was one of the main people pushing for the One City agreement. It was such a vibrant and exciting time to be part of history in the making,. Stevenson said.

.It was great being part of something that we were working towards. It was something I was very passionate about..

He was also part of Port Elizabeth.s Transitional Local Council, headed by former mayor Nceba Faku.

.There was a lot of political tension in the council, but it never got to a point where people were having a go at each other. There was also a fight back from administration officials, but they soon fell in line.

.The debates in council were done in good spirit and the members of the ANC then were strong and of high quality.

.There was that good feeling of a rainbow nation, which has now virtually evaporated..

Stevenson was the first councillor to raise a motion in the council to remove segregation laws at all beaches and pools in Port Elizabeth.

.From my side, there was a deep urgency to free PE from the scourge of apartheid, so I campaigned to get the beaches and pools open, as black, coloured and Indian people were not allowed on Hobie Beach,. he said.

Stevenson said local government was now in shambles. .You see cadre deployment, massive corruption, factionalism and infighting..

http://www.dabhisho.org.za/2013/04/26/rainbow-nation-novelty-worn-off-the-herald/

So like I said earlier in this thread, the whites are simply waiting in the wings biding their time and using the blacks as scapegoats for policies THE WHITES CREATED and very soon they will come out pretending to be progressive and promoting "hope and change". And of course some bonehead clowns will go for it and forget all about the redistribution of land and buy into this "rainbow nation" idea of everyone living free, except black folks. LOL.

quote:

We, the DA staff and the DA provincial public representatives, are a caring, unified, goal orientated, skilled and high performing team. We, the team, will by assertive, constant and vigilant oversight and by promoting the open opportunity society make a difference and be a force for change, thus improving the lives of individuals and communities. We strive to be the core component of any political realignment by 2014.

This is the platform that the ANC is all about as represented by the Democratic Alliance:

quote:

magine a society in which even a child born into the most desperate poverty can become a brain surgeon, a concert pianist or a sports hero.

Our dream for South Africa is of an open opportunity society in which every person is free, secure and equal, where everyone has the opportunity to improve the quality of his life and pursue her dreams, and in which every language and culture has equal respect and recognition.

This is the dream we will deliver – the South African dream of one nation, with one future, living together under the constitution in peace, security and prosperity, with opportunity and recognition for all the rainbow people.

The three components of the Open Opportunity Society for All

The term “Open Opportunity Society for All” brings together three key concepts:–

Individual freedom under the rule of law – an open society;
Opportunity with responsibility – an opportunity society; and
Full equality for all.

In doing so, it creates a fourth concept that underpins our vision of the proper relationship between individuals, the state and society in South Africa today. Our vision is grounded in the idea that every human being has a right to dignity. Human dignity is the foundational concept that informs our values and vision.

http://www.da.org.za/about.htm?action=view-page&category=386

So everyone is equal and that broke ass black kid in a dirt hut school has the SAME opportunity as those white and asian kids in first class schools.... Sure. But enough nouveau middle class black folks will have bought into this crap (been bought off) so as to not fight against it.
So the black folks can stay in the slums and shanties because they live in a free and equal society.....

quote:

The Freedom Charter was the statement of core principles of the South African Congress Alliance, which consisted of the African National Congress and its allies - the South African Indian Congress, the South African Congress of Democrats and the Coloured People's Congress. It is characterized by its opening demand; "The People Shall Govern!"[1]

In 1955, the ANC sent out fifty thousand volunteers into townships and the countryside to collect 'freedom demands' from the people of South Africa. This system was designed to give all South Africans equal rights. Demands such as "Land to be given to all landless people", "Living wages and shorter hours of work", "Free and compulsory education, irrespective of colour, race or nationality" were synthesized into the final document by ANC leaders including Z.K. Mathews, Lionel 'Rusty' Bernstein and Alan Lipman (whose wife, Beata Lipman, hand-wrote the original Charter). The Charter was officially adopted on 26 June 1955 at a Congress of the People in Kliptown.[2][3] The meeting was attended by roughly three thousand delegates but was broken up by police on the second day, although by then the charter had been read in full. The crowd had shouted its approval of each section with cries of 'Afrika!' and 'Mayibuye!'[4] Nelson Mandela only escaped the police by disguising himself as a milkman, as his movements and interactions were restricted by banning orders at the time.[5]

The document is notable for its demand for and commitment to a non-racial South Africa, and this has remained the platform of the ANC. Members of the ANC with opposing Africanist views left the group after it adopted the charter, forming the Pan Africanist Congress. The charter also calls for democracy and human rights, land reform, labour rights, and nationalization. After the congress was denounced as treason, the South African government banned the ANC and arrested 156 activists, including Mandela who was imprisoned in 1962. However, the charter continued to circulate in the revolutionary underground and inspired a new generation of young militants in the 1980s.[4]

On 11 February 1990, Mandela was finally freed and the ANC came to power soon afterwards in May 1994. The new 'Constitution of South Africa' included in its text many of the demands called for in the Freedom Charter. Nearly all the enumerated concerns regarding equality of race and language were directly addressed in the constitution, although the document included nothing to the effect of the nationalization of industry or redistribution of land, both of which were specifically outlined in the charter.

Recent visits by DA Shadow MEC for Education, Edmund van Vuuren, to various schools in the province again highlighted a lack of
infrastructure and teachers. In most cases pleas from schools to the Department of Education have been unsuccessful.

Oohh the poor black folks are in decrepit schools.... blah blah.... we need to do something.... blah blah.... But nothing ever gets done. In fact, they will probably close schools or privatize them..... But who set up this system of UNEQUAL education? Surely it wasn't the black politicians who have only been there 20 years? And how come there is no money and know how to build decent schools for black folks when SA has the most advanced economy on the planet? Could it be that it isnt SUPPOSED to work for black folks? Nahh. That can't be.

But we are all EQUAL so we shouldn't care about that.

So when have black people ever been Nazis dumb ass?

Please show me one case in history where black people have EVER gotten anything by teaching and promoting race hate and violence on a systematic national and cultural level?

There are none.

But I CAN show you NUMEROUS examples of black people being the VICTIMS of race hate and violence on a systematic level propagated by whites.

Like I said before, fake love for white folks is not the answer. Love for self is the answer.
You cannot love anybody unless you love yourself first.

But of course the boneheads want you to believe that black folks standing up for themselves makes blacks racists.... It is blatant b.s. to make black folks feel guilty for standing up for the right thing and what is rightfully theirs. And unfortunately many folks go for this nonsense, because ZEEZUS said.... Actually Jesus said love yourself and respect the wisdom and light within yourself as that comes from God the creator. Jesus(whether he existed or not) never said love those that hate and do evil in the name of greed. NEVER. Not ONE TIME.

After 200 or more years of a systematic NATIONAL POLICY in South Africa (and everywhere else) to keep black folks on the bottom and out of power and not in control of land, resources or wealth, these CLOWNS sit here and want to tell black folks that they shouldn't actually WANT these things. Really? No. Black folks should just be happy to be "free" and poor and if somebody gives them a job then thank some god for giving you a blessing. Seriously. After all that job came as a result of raping your ancestors and leaving you broke in the first place. So how is that a blessing when in reality you should not have been living that way in the first place.

They DON'T want Africans to have a SYSTEMATIC POLICY of actually using their natural wealth, resources and labor to produce or build anything for themselves. What they want is for the black folks to love and believe in the SAME SYSTEM that has been exploiting them since it was created. They want them to believe in politicians who are on the payroll of the same folks who profited off of raping and exploiting black people. They want them to believe that "hope and change" is coming but in reality there is no "hope and change" unless you take back what was stolen and have a SYSTEMATIC POLICY to build, educate, employ and develop the black nation from the ground up. Now at the same time these folks are telling black folks to trust in their system which has NEVER EVER built anything for black folks, these same people have no problem creating systematic policies for building THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES and wealth. They are not sitting in dirt hut schools. Their children aren't dressed in rags. But they know black folks are dumb and will go for this nonsense.

And unfortunately the self hate programming has worked so well that the only violence you see is against other black folks. But never any large scale violence against whites.

quote:

The looting of foreign-owned stores continued on Sunday night as Diepsloot residents sought to avenge the deaths two men killed in a shooting incident at a spaza shop. The spark might have been different but the outcome was similar to the violence, intimidation and theft seen last week in Sebokeng, raising the spectre of xenophobic attacks. By GREG NICOLSON.

A white bakkie parked outside a spaza shop in Diepsloot’s Extension 1 on Sunday evening. The passengers, Zimbabwean nationals, were musicians and had just come from a performance at the mall. Music was throbbing from the bakkie’s speakers and someone from across the street called out, wanting a copy of the CD. The amplifier let out a screeching sound as one of the attendants from the spaza shop, a Somali national, demanded the music be turned down. Then there was a bang.

Oriel Mashimbye was coming from his sister's house and was watching from a stall across the street. The man sitting in the bakkie's tray just sat there, he said. "You couldn’t tell he was shot." Anna Mashangani, who runs a nearby shop on JB Marks Street, wept as she recounted the story.

Here is Diepsloot, another slum in South Africa, again created by whites:

n this instance, context is critical to understanding the significance of an activity, so the report begins with a snapshot of the socio-economic environment in which the project is situated. The students of Riversands live in Diepsloot, a sprawling, dusty, overcrowded township of more than 200,000 people. Very briefly, townships were created as a pillar of the apartheid government’s population control policy, dictating where people were permitted to live on the basis of colour. White areas typically enjoyed good infrastructure, service delivery and extremely vigilant policing; black areas were characterized by crime, high unemployment, poverty, poor or no access to basic services, substandard health care and education, and overcrowding. Although the ANC government has made a concerted effort to improve living standards in the townships, the reality is that life has changed very little for the vast majority of South Africans, particularly those who live in the poorest areas of townships, the squatter camps and shacklands.

But don't worry, white people are there to help.... (Even though they created this situation in the first place.) LOL.

Now this is the neighboring white city that was serviced by blacks (as sex slaves, concubines, domestic help, laborers, whatever)

Now this is how the white folks live in SA, or your so-called white "Muurs" in their "new eden".

Looks no different than an American suburb right?

quote:

Nevertheless, for most of the expats I've met, the choice seems to come down to either Dainfern or Dainfern Valley, so I'll focus this post on those two. I briefly toyed with the idea of making a snazzy decision matrix outlining pros and cons in a very easy-to-view chart, but since I have no clue how to actually do tables in HTML and am prone to get sidetracked for two days trying to figure it out, I think I'll do what I always do, which is just ramble on, and hopefully you can build your own decision tree from my observations...

Dainfern seems to be THE place to be for expats. It is huge (1000+ houses), has an excellent safety record, and sits right on a golf course. If you're a serious golfer, there is no doubt Dainfern is where you should live, and even if you're not, you might want to take it up here where the rates are reasonable, the weather perfect year-round, and where you'll be looking for things to do on the weekend. If your kids are involved in sports and you like the convenience of them just hopping on their bikes to get there versus hours in traffic to cart them from one activity to the next, Dainfern once again is your address. In addition to the golf clubhouse (where they host weekly buffets and other social get-togethers) there is also the Pavilion with tennis courts and a soccer field as well as (I think) squash, volleyball, and ballet. The soccer club (Dainfern Football Club or DFC to be correct) was recently reorganized and new coaches were brought in and trained, so if your kids are already playing soccer and want to continue, it makes a lot of sense to move to Dainfern.

And meanwhile in the forest:

Here We Are On Our Way to Phalaborwa, one of the many gates to enter Kruger Park. Suddenly, I can believe it: what I see is a castle. A castle in South Africa! Is this really? What am I supposed to discover next time. From time to times, you can find artifacts and statues and figurines that are sold by locals. This is the only way for them to earn money.

Flycatcher Castle is located in the Lowveld, perched on the edge of the Drakensburg escarpment, centrally situated in Mpumalanga. The accommodation consists of five individually decorated suites named after classical composers. Flycatcher Castle boasts with its breathtaking views and nearby attractions such as the Kruger National Park, God’s Window and the Three Rondawels. Places we will go very soon.

And no blacks there either.

In South Africa's not so distant past, the word 'island' would have immediately conjured up Robben Island off Cape Town, the prison for decades of Nelson Mandela and his fellow political prisoners during apartheid.

But in a country of very high levels of violent crime, with a murder rate around seven times that of the USA, other 'islands' are springing up inland - the gated and guarded residential estates which are becoming a refuge for the wealthy.

Gated communities are a form of living spreading widely in all continents, especially where the difference between rich and poor is greatest, but in South Africa with its history of apartheid and exclusion on racial grounds, the subject of privatisation of space and keeping people out is a particularly sensitive one.

Electrified fences

In Islands of Security for SAFM radio in Johannesburg, Sibahle Malinga visits Dainfern security estate in Johannesburg's northern suburbs, a gated community with a 7.5 km perimeter, protected by a high electrified double fence, guarded gateways, and armed security guards.

Sibahle's journey takes her to the nearby township of Diepsloot to find out how its residents feel about being outside the fence, and the outskirts of Soweto where a wealthy man living without high fences or gates describes how his feeling of security comes from being known by his neighbour

What have your Dog-bitch ass ever done for black people except to tell them that they are poor and more wretched than your genetically defective albino brothers.

Marc Washington exposed you many years back. You are a fake ass, faking black but laughing at us by making a false show of non-existent misery.

Marc W. made a presentation just for you Dog. You remember or do you want me to repost it?

Your sound, your interest, your mindless psycho-babble about black poverty and inferiority show that you are a sick pink ass dog.

For us Muurs we know that earth is one earth. There are rich and poor everywhere. Good and bad in every nation.

We recall too that the PAC(Pan African Congress) headed by Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe was efficiently sidelined in favour of the integrationist ANC headed by Mandela. Only the ANC was accorded any international credibility.

Steve Biko who founded the Black Consciousness Movement was murdered in prison as he was seen as an Africanist threat to the ANC.

Again: the wealth gap in SA[and Namibia too where the German settlers still hold on to their stolen lands] is the largest in the world.

Absolutely.

But truth be told there are many black folks around the world who are OK with the status quo and reflect a mentality similar to IronLion. That is real talk. Else, how on earth could black folks have been held down so long without traitors in the midst? So of course these clowns push this integrationist nonsense. That is the only reason they exist to begin with.

I mean you got folks today in South Africa seriously questioning BEE as being useful. Seriously. Black folks own next to nothing in their own country but some black folks SERIOUSLY question whether BEE is worthwhile. And they allow themselves to be told that it is "affirmative action" when white people have had 200 years of affirmative action at the expense of blacks.

Most black folks just want to go along to get along and not much more than that.... except if you step on Pookies shoes then it is war...

Blacks actually engaging in Affirmative Action "debate" in south Africa:

quote:

As the debate about affirmative action continues to rage, it has become increasingly apparent that few people are willing to acknowledge the extent of their own power and privilege. The discussion is being framed in absolutist terms: it benefits all or it benefits none. The truth, as it is with all policy implementation in South Africa, is far more complicated. However, what is not in doubt is the need for us to deepen our commitment to removing the barriers to employment of race, gender and class.

http://www.dailymaverick.co.za/opinionista/2013-05-17-51956b3ae48ec/#.UaijVNgUhBl

Which basically says that as long as the folks that used to use your people as dog food give you jobs and let you run nonprofits (which don't do anything) you are O.K.

quote:

(CNN) -- More than two decades after the death of the systematic racial discrimination policy of apartheid, a community living southeast of South Africa's capital Pretoria is being accused of trying to keep its racist ideals alive.

White men clad in military uniforms stamped with an old South African flag guard the gates of the controversial settlement known as Kleinfontein.

All the signs within its boundaries are written in Afrikaans, the language that developed out of the Dutch dialect spoken by early colonizers and which is spoken by the town's 1,000 white inhabitants.

A bust of Hendrick Verwoerd, the assassinated prime minister considered the architect of apartheid, greets visitors upon entry.

"Kleinfontein is a cultural community," explains its spokeswoman Marisa Haasbroek, "if you are not an Afrikaaner you cannot live here." Afrikaaners are white South Africans of mostly Dutch descent. The private settlement has made headlines in recent weeks after it was exposed by a local newspaper. Haasbroek defends its existence saying residents simply want to live among their own kind.

The 50-year-old mother of two tells CNN she moved to Kleinfontein six years ago shortly after her car was stolen in the city center.

"I was just sick of crime," she says. "My parents-in-law were already living here and they told us Kleinfontein is safe," Haasbroek, her engineer husband and their children packed their belongings and moved to the "whites only" enclave.

http://edition.cnn.com/2013/05/31/world/africa/south-africa-kleinfontein-apartheid-nkepile-mabuse/?hpt=hp_c1

And this is a majority black country.

Make no mistake, the job of the ANC is to face the wrath of the black population while the whites quietly reorganize themselves to reemerge as the "new saviors" of South Africa. As if they EVER did anything for the majority of South Africans. But to hear them tell it, it is all the black politicians fault that things are so bad. Not apartheid, not 200 years of racism and stealing. Nope. Nothing wrong with white folks. It is all the black mans fault. And black folks actually go for this nonsense.

In reality white folks want to just enjoy the land and wealth they stole in South Africa and be left alone with the blacks far away and isolated in slums. A few token negroes here an there is fine as long as they believe that white folks are good and gracious.... And of course the main ones who are most against blacks having ANY form of economic empowerment are primarily the British and other Europeans who set the system up to begin with.
quote:

ANY discussion in South Africa about affirmative action and employment equity is fraught with danger: the emotional temperature rockets into the stratosphere and those involved are frequently reduced to such anger they become incoherent.

The London-based Economist doesn't need to be sensitive about the subject, though, and it isn't.

In its April 27 issue it called frankly: "Time to scrap affirmative action". It was prompted to review the subject after the US Supreme Court agreed to consider a case about a vote in the state of Michigan that banned affirmative action, "and will soon rule on whether the University of Texas's race-conscious admissions policies are lawful.

"The question in both cases is as simple as it is divisive: should government be colour-blind?"

In South Africa that's a question that can be dismissed out of hand. This country has been seized by the theatre of race and colour for hundreds of years: things aren't likely to change over the next decade or so. Besides, the African National Congress (ANC) isn't in power because of its brilliance as a government. It is there because it relies on demographics, just as the National Party relied on fear and tribal affiliation.

But it is worth looking at the ANC's policy document on affirmative action because in its very second paragraph it sums up exactly what is wrong about the manner in which this policy has been implemented: "If badly managed, it will simply redistribute resentment, damage the economy and destroy social peace."

quote:

Rainbow goes black: South African press, social networking sites replete with anti-India racism; Even Gandhi not spared
Durban: Fondly called as the Rainbow nation' for its amazaing diversity and tolerance, South Africa has witnessed series of anti-India comments and 'racist' articles warning South African Indians to vacate the country and major cities, where the community makes the largest minority group.

The .Guptagate., or the controversy erupted over unlawful behavior of influential Gupta family, who allegedly used Waterkloof Air base for landing planes carrying wedding guests, is believed to be a prime reason behind latest hateful verbal attacks against the Indian community.

In a prominent newspaper City Press, a columnist remarked, ."I penned this letter to you in the interests of educating, liberating and giving you a free, but stern, warning not to grandstand against an African person in the way you did to the traffic official who innocently mistook you for one of the Gupta brothers.

"Such an action is certain to attract severe African contempt. First and foremost, you are an Indian and, contrary to what you believe and what you perhaps have been taught, South Africa is an African country with its land in its totality and proportion rightfully belonging to its indigenous African people."
The writer.s comments were directed against mayor of Kwazulu-Natal Afzur Rahman, who had complained against an African traffic cop after the latter asked him to leave South Africa.

.The traffic official was absolutely correct in reminding you that India is your home, and you should perhaps begin to embrace India as your home as we Africans embrace South Africa as our home, which we are more than willing to fight and die for,. was the explanation that City Press gave on behalf of the .racist. constable.

Even Mahatma Gandhi wasn.t spared from the venomous writing.

.Your hero, Mahatma Gandhi, once again rallied Indians to fight alongside the British in the Zulu Rebellion led by Nkosi Bambatha kaMancinza, where more than 7,000 African warriors fought and bled for this land,. the author noted.

The South Africa Human Right

http://daily.bhaskar.com/article/NAT-TOP-guptagate-stirs-anti-india-racism-indians-called-new-whites-threatened-of-being--4278830-PHO.html

The funny part in all of this is that these clowns ACTUALLY want black folks to believe THEY are the racists in South Africa..... Black folks are the MAJORITY population but the white minority and their indian lackeys (their term) are the ones with the wealth and power. And ALL of that is due to Apartheid. But Africans are racists? That is exactly what happens when you leave the ACTUAL RACISTS in control and allow them to manipulate you and your brain into believing total B.S.

quote:

DURBAN: A Zulu pressure group has called for South African Indians to be excluded from transformation processes, citing "overt racism" towards black South Africans from the time that Mahatma Gandhi was in the country.

But both the provincial government and the Indian community have dismissed the suggestions.

Mazibuye African Forum, claiming to advocate socio-economic justice for indigenous Africans in South Africa, particularly in KwaZulu-Natal province, was reacting to a decision by the provincial government to erect a statue in Durban to commemorate the arrival of the first Indians in 1860 as indentured labourers for sugar cane farms.

"We have and are still calling for the Indians to be completely excluded from Black Economic Empowerment, Affirmative Action as well as Employment Equity unconditionally, with immediate effect and reiterate that their classification with Africans as a previously disadvantaged group is not only counter-productive but counter-revolutionary as well," Mazibuye chairman Zweli Sangweni said in a statement.

"Indians have been overtly racist towards Africans from the time they were brought in South Africa by the British Imperial Government," Sangweni said.

http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2013-05-27/other-news/39556934_1_south-african-indians-racism-employment-equity

So this is your "rainbow" nation where the Boers want to resegregate. The Indians just want to be above the Kaffirs (as Ghandi himself said), the Europeans just want the blacks to shut up, the banks and industries are running away with the money and the ANC and the blacks are left holding the bag, killing each other and looking ridiculous.

Now it is odd how these white folks got away with 200 years of theft and crimes against humanity with nothing but some crocodile tears, but now they want to sit up and pretend to be pinnacles of freedom and humanity..... And black folks go for this nonsense.

quote:

On Mahatma Gandhi, his pathetic racism and advancement of segregation of black people

The greatest injustice against the struggle for liberation of black people was the projection of Mahatma Gandhi as committed to a cause against segregation. It is a fallacy that Gandhi in his struggles had any interests of black people at heart. His was a selfish cause to advance interests of Indians while encouraging continuing subjugation of black people. Gandhi held an absurd belief that Indians, along with whites, were a superior race to black people.

He said, .the British rulers take us to be so lowly and ignorant that they assume that, like the Kaffirs who can be pleased with toys and pins, we can also be fobbed off with trinkets . ours is one continual struggle against a degradation sought to be inflicted upon us by the Europeans, who desire to degrade us to the level of the raw Kaffir whose occupation is hunting, and whose sole ambition is to collect a certain number of cattle to buy a wife with and, then, pass his life in indolence and nakedness . Kaffirs are as a rule uncivilised . the convicts even more so. They are troublesome, very dirty and live almost like animals..

He conspired with the oppressive white government in promotion of segregation of black people and elevating the importance of Indians above them. Indians believed in their false sense of superiority in that they frequently complained of being mixed in with black people in railway cars, lavatories, pass laws and in other regulations. They demanded special treatment and loathed being considered in the same regard as black people. He protested that, .we are classed with the natives of South Africa . Kaffir race..

Gandhi ensured that Indians received their elevation above black people and helped entrench segregation laws against black people. His major achievement was the creation of a separate entrance for Indians to the Durban Post Office who previously had to share with black people.

Gandhi wrote: .In the Durban Post and telegraph offices there were separate entrances for natives and Asiatics and Europeans. We felt the indignity too much and many respectable Indians were insulted and called all sorts of names by the clerks at the counter. We petitioned the authorities to do away with the invidious distinction and they have now provided three separate entrances for natives, Asiatics and Europeans..

There is a growing tendency to try to portray Gandhi as some messiah who also advanced the cause of black people. He cared less about the plight of black people and his sole purpose was to see Indians receive preferential treatment and laws be amended to that effect; while laws governing black people remained in force. He endorsed the ridiculous notion of white supremacy probably in the hope and belief that it would assist his cause for Indians.

Only a fool or a malevolent agent of wickedness would dismiss the blood and sweat and tears and hopes upon which ANC won nearly 80 years of struggle against apartheid.

South Africa’s Racial Income Inequality Persists, Census Shows
By Mike Cohen, Bloomberg News - Oct 30, 2012 6:32 AM ET

South Africa’s first census in a decade shows wealth disparities between race groups that persist 18 years after the end of apartheid.
While incomes for black households increased an average 169 percent over 10 years, their annual earnings are 60,613 rand ($6,987), or a sixth of that for whites, Statistics South Africa said in a report released in Cape Town today. About 80 percent of South Africa’s 51.8 million population is black.

"These figures tell us that at the bottom of the rung is the black majority who continue to be confronted by deep poverty, unemployment and inequality,” President Jacob Zuma said at the release of the results. “Great strides have been made. However, much remains to be done to further improve the livelihoods of our people especially in terms of significant disparities that still exist between the rich and poor.”
Under white segregationist rule, black South Africans were disadvantaged by poor education that confined many to unskilled, low-paying jobs. Zuma’s African National Congress has struggled to rectify the inequality gap since coming to power in 1994 even as it boosted access to electricity and water.
South Africa’s population increased 16 percent since the last census was conducted in 2001 and compares with 50.6 million estimated in mid-2011, the statistics agency said. About 9 percent of the population is of mixed race, 8.9 percent white and 2.5 percent Asian, it said.
Incomes for white households increased 88 percent to 365,134 rand in the past decade, the data shows.
AIDS Orphans
Population growth and life expectancy have been curbed by one of the world’s worst AIDS epidemics. About one in nine people in South Africa are infected with HIV, the virus that causes the disease, according to the government. The census found 3.37 million children under the age of 17, or 19 percent of the total, had lost one or both parents, with AIDS cited as a major contributor.
Sixty-six percent of the population are between 15 and 64 years old, and 29 percent are younger than 15.
Gauteng province, which includes Johannesburg and Pretoria, has a population of 12.3 million people, overtaking eastern KwaZulu-Natal province, where 10.3 million people live, as the most populous province.
South Africa has 14.45 million households, 78 percent of which are formal dwellings, the census shows. About 85 percent of households have electric lighting, up from 51 percent in 2001, while 91 percent have access to piped water, up from 85 percent. Just 35 percent of households have Internet access.
