Central Asian is not a bad name for modern white Europeans. The majority of today white Europeans like the Anglo Saxons, the Franks, the Alemanis, the Goths, the slavs, the Lombardians invaded the majority brown and black Roman Empire( Western and Eastern Europe)in the 5 and 6 cent CE.

The brances have different time periods
Look at M89 that's 45K
The first departure towards Europe is first towards the East M9 40 K
The other migration of farmers, marked M172 is the farmers of the Middle East coming into Europe from what is now Turkey region but that is much later 10 K
We see that the first Europeans, the hunter gatherers come in from across southern Russia M173 30 k (now thought to be as old as 45 K)
And before that, before moving across southern Russia their ancestors came from Central Asia M45
In other words, the ancestors of the Earliest Europeans were also Central Asian !!!

There is some likeness in hitler and Erdogan. But most Turkish people don't look like Germans. Thou some do.
From was told Turks make up several ethnic groups.
Turkish folks have been attacked and killed by extreme right wing German groups in the last 20 years.
Some German politician stated a few years back that Turks are genetically inferior, and that mixing with them could reduce the I.Q. of Germans.
Polish are somewhat of the same "stock" as many Turks. Could be so because they took East European slaves.
