Unfortunately many African nations due to western control and siphoning off off national resources don't have the economic luxury to allows approach issues the right ways by gradual reform. Some negative western influences have to be weeded out before they become so pervasive to cause a real social shift that is irreparable.
In an ideal world, Africa could implement psychiatric and readjustment programs to deal with those with western influenced mental issues, but this would have a serious economic impact.
When China had a massive Opium problem created by western influence, they announced to the public that drug use would not be tolerated and asked those affected to come forth on their own for treatment. I believe they gave drug addicts something like a year to seek help and become drug free. After that year expired and citizens were caught still doing opium, they immediately received the death penalty. I forget how many were put to death, 1 or 2 million, but after that year China no longer had a drug problem and what remained was deeply underground.
The Chinese understood that a nation of 2 billion can't be compromised for the fallacies of a few million. So, those with the "O", had to go. Like drugs, the west introduce homosexuality to countries to weaken it's moral fibre. The proof can clearly be seen in America where the moral fibre of the African American family has been all but destroyed by the Crack wars.
It's good that Uganda and Kenya are resisting this and being proactive in rejecting it, else down the road they may end up as sexual playthings to whites/Jews like the Ethiopian Jews are to Israel and South Africans are to the Dutch. Whole African nations full of RuPauls.
