So I imagine a French doctor has a need on accurate information on the male penis. How does he advertise, how many subjects for his population? How does one insure they represent all the varietions? The men with small penisses will not attend if they are forwarned. Then they need to be erect for the maximum measurements. Who makes them erect? It should all be collected in one day, because if words get out the whole operation is in danger. Do you give the men a reward. While its going in they tell each other what happened, and they allcraveve the dollar or so reward they will get, and do they make their penis erect in preparation, do they see each other when they do this. Who does the measure ments, men or woman, do they wear gloves????

Imagine a world where they put up such a thing for decoration. The Greek elite was North African, and I live in North Africa to study the origins of European noble culture. I have mentioned the codpiece, a fake erection incorporated in the male pants.
