^ I understand that in China, if a pedestrian gets hit by a car, then the driver's insurance may have to pay that victim a stipend for the rest of their lives.
So, to avoid this the driver puts the car in reverse and runs the victim over again and again, until they are sure he/she is dead.
This way they only have to pay the victim's family once and forget it.
I would think they need to readdress their auto insurance laws.

What's worst?
Eating dogs, or the old American albino fetish of letting a dog **** your wife/Sister/daughter/girlfriend?

Anyway, Mongolians aren't the other people invading China. There are also the Persians and the Russians.
Are Mongolians worst than these other two?

An illustration and example of mongoloid degenerate behavior in action, the true nature of the mongoloids being demonstrated here. Gruesome video illustrating why I hate mongoloids and why they are degenerate insectoid scum whom cannot be trusted....

So because these men did this cruel thing to the dog, they represent the whole country and nobody in America or Africa does cruel things to animals

You don't understand statistics. Dumbly you see stories that confirm your biases and then indict the whole population. That is not intelligent

You eat beef right? How about lamb? Not that different ethically from eating a dog.

Stop hating on a whole people like a bigot

another racist idiot. You find a very rare fetish, do not look at examples of bestiality anywhere else in the world and then you pretend it's commonplace to serve a bigoted racist agenda

How would one find out how common a particular behavior is and how common is in various places int he world?
That's right, you haven't got a clue, it's endless tit for tat based on skin color

Asian student accused of ‘hate crime’ for anti-African vandalism at UCLA

UCLA police are looking for an Asian student who chalked up a public wall with a message about keeping Europe white and stopping migrant boats from Africa.

Here’s a weird one: UCLA police are looking for an Asian student who chalked up a public wall with a message about keeping Europe white and stopping migrant boats from Africa.

The Daily Bruin reports the incident took place April 23. The police called it a hate crime, saying the suspect had torn down flyers from the building before chalking it up with “racially biased” messages. The flyers were about “the migration of Africans to Europe,” the Daily said.

Be on the lookout for this terrifying preppy.

Speaking with a friend from Liberia, they consulted with me on how to bring a wider more distributed Internet to Liberia.
There is an underwater cable connecting the west coast to Europe and another connection to south America, but access to these is pretty much restricted to government offices and not available to African private citizens.
It seems Liberia is on their own and it isn't possible for all the west coast nations to cooperate to bring wide spread Internet access to the people,
Currently, most Africans are limited to using Internet connections from their cell phone, which of course are slow, insecure and tedious.

This world map shows how poor Internet connections in Africa actually are.
If you can't implement your own communications/Internet and ensure it's availability to ALL your people, then you shouldn't even begin talking about any form of Space Program, unless it's a collaborative multi-national effort to modernize all of Africa.
 -
An internet cartographer listened to millions of web devices around the world to create a map showing just how far the technology has spread (pictured). Red areas contain a lot of web-enabled devices, while green areas contain fewer. Black areas are regions where no signal was received

Senegal/Liberia is where the underwater South America trunk is connected to Africa, so you see devices there as well as east in Nigeria.

There is another trunk connecting Europe to Northern Africa (Morocco) and runs down the coast connecting other countries on the west coast, and a third on the east coast connecting South Africa.

http://www.submarinecablemap.com/#/

Most African countries are connected, by the governments of these countries have not dedicated themselves to making access available to it's citizens. Most or all of these connections are used exclusively by the various governments or Cell Phone companies.

So, Africa is totally dependent on Asia, Europe and South America for it's internet access, and Europe and Asian satellites for connections to their cell phones.

So, all internal electronic communications within Africa are monitored by third party countries.

The Jews in South Africa ensure they have a good connection and access the pipe through Asia. So, you can clearly see Internet distribution is much better in SA than anywhere else in Africa.
SA is developing ethnic bioweapons with Israel, so of course they'd need high speed Internet connection to conduct this type of research.

Without a good internet connection, it is very difficult to develop any large scale operation.

Africa and Super Computing

Today's engineering in most all areas require the availability of tremendous computing resources in R&D.

From Medical to weather forecasting to communication development to manufacturing, super computing availability is required.

In Africa, outside of South Africa, there is a dire lack of these essential computing resources.
Even the most basic many node computing resources are scare to non-existent in Africa.
I find this absence of computing resources particularly puzzling, since today it really doesn't take a rocket scientist to assemble a working thousand node, off-the-shelf supercomputer using commodity components. Any first year computer science or electronic engineer could accomplish this design and implementation for less than $20,000 (US) which any of Africa's nation's GDP is well capable of supporting.

Here, a white African in Kenya is expressing his goal of developing a cheap, low performance super-computer. One of the first outside of South Africa.

http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2012/05/africa-developing-its-first-supercomputer-outside-south-africa/
 -
Bear in mind that this is an extremely low performance 24 node system. The article does not reveal how many CPU core exist per node, but assuming there are 4 cores per node, this system would provide approx. 96 cores.

Comparing the above system being developed in Kenya, Whites in South Africa have this new Dell 40,000 core system.
http://www.fin24.com/Tech/News/africas-fastest-supercomputer-unveiled-in-cape-town-20160607
 -

Other than these two widely diverse super-computers, there are no other SC in Africa to mention.

To show how easy it is to assemble a viable super computer from off-the-shelf commodity parts, here is a SC assembled from old Playstation 3 consoles, which today can be found in abundance in any ole garbage dump such as those found in the world's 5th largest dumping grounds for US/European obsolete electronics, Nigeria.

http://www.sciencealert.com/this-physicist-has-built-a-supercomputer-from-old-playstations
 -
 -

The point of the post is, a country lacking even a medium performance SC has absolutely no chance of controlling the build of a satellite or space craft.

NASA provides an Open Source, General Purpose SuperComputer program for space craft design and Trajectory planning and simulation.

Most of the software developed at NASA is available as free, not-for-sale, open source software package.

Why reinvent the wheel when free tired and true software is available as an easy download?
NASA also provides the same free open source software for implementing 6-DOF (Six Degree Of Freedom) Guidance & Control as well as payload modules and even functional open hardware files.

Copernicus Trajectory Design and Optimization System

 -

Development

The Copernicus Project started at the University of Texas at Austin in August 2001. In June 2002, a grant from the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) was used to develop the first prototype which was completed in August 2004. In the interim, support was also received from NASA's In Space Propulsion Program and from the Flight Dynamics Vehicle Branch of Goddard Spaceflight Center. The first operational version was completed in March 2006 (v1.0). The initial development team consisted of Dr. Cesar Ocampo and graduate students at the University of Texas at Austin Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics. Since March 2007, primary development of Copernicus has been at the Flight Mechanics and Trajectory Design Branch of JSC.

Request Copernicus

 - Designing a gravity assist at Jupiter.

The National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 and a series of subsequent legislation recognized transfer of federally owned or originated technology to be a national priority and the mission of each Federal agency. The legislation specifically mandates that each Federal agency have a formal technology transfer program, and take an active role in transferring technology to the private sector and state and local governments for the purposes of commercial and other application of the technology for the national benefit. In accordance with NASA's obligations under mandating legislation, JSC makes Copernicus available free of charge to other NASA centers, government contractors, and universities, under the terms of a US government purpose license. Organizations interested in obtaining Copernicus should click here.

Any country wishing to design, implement and deploy their own communications systems can do so, if they have the desire.
The only excuse Africa has for being so far behind is their selected leaders not governing for the sake of their people and the still pervasive backward mindset of Africans.

Namerthoth,

Your information may be correct but in some parts of Africa internet access is OK. There are myriad internet cafes and all universities are wired. There are multiple companies too that provide service. Etisalat, MTN, Glo, Airtel, etc.

Most universities offer degrees in computing all the way up to Ph.D.

The problem is that though there are African engineers highly capable of doing the job, most governments are run by very corrupt people who have little interest in the technological development of Africa.

Google the names of Kunle Olukotun and Akintunde Akinwande as evidence. There are many others like that.

By the way there is no such person as a "white African". Though there are "white South Africans".

^ Both Olukotun and Akinwande are not "African" engineers. They are now both, African American engineers. Although born in Africa, everything their do now professional wise is for American Capitalism.

I've met and spoken with Kunle on several occasions. Once when he had his own company, and a few times after he sold it to Sun Microsystems.

Other engineers of foreign nationalities such as Indian, Chinese, and Russian do work and reside in the US, but still return home to make significant contributions to their home country's infrastructure, but not Africans.

I've actually asked them why, and they agree with you, in that the government officials are corrupt and are not interested in making changes.
I suppose that is a good reason why they choose to remain in the USA.
Still, when you have resources like Sun (now Oracle) behind you, you can get something done independent of government.
However, there is always the fear of government collapse, coups, and tribal or nation to nation conflict which makes you hesitant about expending time and resources, just to see it destroyed, dismantled or stolen.
This is where the people have to be elevated to play their role.

South Africa IS Africa!

To be fair and balanced, I'm not just picking on Africa. American Negroes are not much different. Very few make money in technology.
I once searched from the western part of the US to Central and all along the eastern US to find Black owned technology companies to give tens of millions of dollars of bizness to.
Six months later, I had only found two, one in South Carolina and the other in New Jersey (A Black Republican).
Each of them immediately received $800,000 in orders. The other $13.4M I had to regretfully award to white owned businesses.

NM,

There is African University in Abuja, Nigeria that is a Graduate School of engineering and technology. It allows expatriate faculty to fly in teach for 2 months and move back out. So excuses are not always convincing.

South Africa is in Africa but there are 5 million settler Europeans still living there. They are full citizens of South Africa but that does not make them African. They will agree. Similarly, Indians from Asia, though living in Africa since the abolition of slavery in South Africa in 1834, don't ever consider themselves African. Similarly for the Lebanese of West Africa. They just call themselves Lebanese.

African turned Into Massive Electronics Land Dump, but with just a bit of organization, lead could be turned into Gold.

New report says 41 million metric tonnes of electronic waste worth a staggering £34billion was discarded in 2014

 -

 -

 -
Aid: UNU believes legal shipments of electronic appliances can help people in Africa who burn components (pictured) to extract scrap metal which they can sell

 -

While the US and China produce almost a third of the world's combined e-waste, the top producers per-capita are the wealthy nations of northern and western Europe - the top five being Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Denmark, and the UK.

With Organization, African Countries could use this to help solve infrastructure problems

Rather than simply allowing Europeans to dump their waste in African, African leaders with just a touch of organizational skills could use this waste to aid them in elevating Africa's infrastructural deficiencies.

As shown in the OP and following posts, Africa has no space program because they lack the basic infrastructure and tools to develop one.

Implementing a solid African Intranet requires hundreds of tons of raw materials such as thousands of miles of Cables, reliable connectors, switching stations, Ethernet Switches and routers, Computer servers, and a large work force to do the actual work.
The land dump provides Africans with much of the raw materials needed, free of charge.
All that is required is a government entity (Such as the AU) with a vision, organizational skills and a plan.

the land dump above is located in Ghana and each year over 12 million tons of pre-used copper is dumped there.
If this copper were collected and reprocessed into communications cable, you'd end up with enough cable to connect every single African nation, a dozen times.
Because the US and Europeans are wealthy, many of the computers dumped there are in fact reusable. They are just 1 or 2 generations behind this year's new computers, so whites trash them for the latest and greatest.
If 50,000 computers are dumped per year, an estimated 20-30,000 of them will be reusable and could be refurbished or reconfigured to make the switches and routers required for Africa's communications infrastructure, as well as communications servers, and even clustered Supercomputers.
 -

All the men and women seen scavenging for recycled parts are the human resources that could be trained, put to use to build the infrastructure, and paid a wage for their services.

With such an organized plan, this is what's called, Killing five birds with one stone.

Bird 1: Dealing efficiently with the massive toxic e-dump waste
Bird 2: Creation of a healthy material recycling industry
Bird 3: Creating an inexpensive supply of critical infrastructure building raw material
Bird 4: Creating skilled jobs for infrastructure deployment, across many African countries.
Bird 5: Connecting All participant African nations with a high speed, reliable Intranet communications grid.

Anyone know of the AU's plan in this regard?

The AU long term plan is to unify all of Africa, and to accomplish this, of course all target African countries must be connected, electronically.
The AU is now in the process of selecting a new Chairman.
Anyone know which of the five candidates has the better plan, and which (like the last) is just a US/European puppet?

Note that Korea and Taiwan were colonized by Japan and even today Koreans born in Japan are eternally Korean--even with name changes.

Keep in mind that European nations are massive borrowers
from Asiatics- without which their modernization would not have
happened- things like, guns, gunpowder, compass, printing
and a host of other things. And not only the material aide-
even the most influential religion today deemed "EUropean" is not at all
something that developed in EUrope, but in the sub-tropical and tropical
"Middle East." On top of that is the knowledge borrowed or
adapted from the Islamic world. Further back African nations
were leaders in technology- the Egyptians for example were
the first to pioneer writing systems, and share a part in creation
of the modern alphabets that Europeans and others use.

Also keep in mind that Asian nations such as Japan and South Korea are
RELATIVELY recent developments. As late as the 1950s for example
South Korea lagged behind Ghana as far as GNP or GDP. The Japanese
are leaders today, but were unimpressive until the early 1900s-
when they borrowed heavily from EUrope for modernization.
As late as the 1830, CHina's economic output was the highest in the world.
India's output at one time surpassed Britain, and so on.
History reshuffles rankings time and time again.

You mention Africans working for NASA. For whose benefit? Why is someone like Kunle Olukotun spending his whole active life abroad in an American university. Is it money? Or Adebisi Agboola and others?

Why should not Africans work for NASA? They can leverage that
to help foster skill, expertise and tech/knowledge transfer
to Africa. What? Africans only "supposed" to work for Africans?
What would happen to the NBA or NFL if a "black only"
rule were followed?

What report says the product discards are worth 34 billion? The link
given is just 0f the AU bureaucrats website- general front page.
34 bil seems a way inflated. It it were worth that much it would not
be dumped. 45 billion would be stuff, PUT BACK IN USE AND WORKING
not 34 billions as it sits right now in a toxic dump.
And it is not at all easy putting that stuff together. Just burning
off the plastics produces a lot of toxins. And what is the percent
of usable metals and other value components recovered?
Ni report says. It seems actually cheaper to manufacture new
components to build that internet infrastructure than in trying to
dig up and convert the toxic junk. Based on pics above the only
payable use for it is small scale recycling by local peasants-
using intensive hand labor- a brutal, marginal business.

The problem with the above writing is that various "Asian" nations and civilizations were taken over and ran by White Indo-European peoples. For example the Shang, Zhou, Qin, and Tang dynasties in Ancient China, were RAN BY WHITE INDO-EUROPEAN PEOPLES! The longest and most prosperous Chinese dynasties were actually ran by White Indo-European/Eurasian peoples.

Same for empires like the Kushans/Bactrian empires; however the exception to this in some way was Ancient India. Ancient India was one of the most advanced civilization, if not the most advanced at several points in history, in the ancient world, and for several centuries produced the most wealth output of the old world.

They had created the predecessor to the modern university and collegiate system in the western world, which the British shamelessly plagiarized and copied off them, and was the only ancient civilization that had universities and colleges available to the public and a compulsory education system for even the peasant classes in the ancient/medieval world. Such a thing was only available to select or priestly classes in the civilizations of the rest of Eurasia.....

Not to mention the Egyptian+Phoenician+Assyrian alphabets and scripts and writing systems were adopted and implemented and used, not just European civilizations, but also eastern Eurasian civilizations like Ancient China and the Ancient Kushan/Bactrian/Northern Indian civilizations....

Because of the British colonization of South Asia/India, and also due to the slave trade and the borrowing of ideas and concepts from Ancient India and parts of Africa, Europe was able to have an industrial revolution. Without which, it would have remained a backwater cesspool.

Infact the largest number of colleges and universities in the entire ancient world were in Ancient India or parts of Ancient Africa, as were some of the earliest civilizations. Which goes against the notion and idea of "cold adaptation" and "whiter/paler" people creating civilization due to bullshit cold adaptation.

But yes, without the borrowing, colonization, or exchange and trade with older civilizations in Asia and Africa and Anatolia/South-Eastern Europe, the vast majority of Europe would have remained a backwater backwards cesspool....

Sure you can build a super-computer of sorts for about 20K,
but it has little real world application in many parts of Africa.
How for example does the super-machine sitting in the lab
create the datapipes needed for high speed net transmission?
It doesn't. It would just be a lab demo setup. There is nothing
puzzling about it as the guy claims. Such computing efforts need
some sort of practical application to be of much value in a broad
sense. If not, you ust have a lab demo.

ANd then on top of all this is another problem of priorities.
While elites are talking bout Internet infrastructure, there
are millions who do not even have safe, clean, running water
nearby. A water system for 20K, including wells for hundreds of cattle,
would do much more to promote local health and agri production
than 20K spent on a lab demo only a few people use.

not 34 billions as it sits right now in a toxic dump.
[/QB]

I'm not sure how the $B estimate is made, but considering that every piece of electronic equipment today (computers, monitors, cell phones, stereos, circuit boards, etc) all contains some small of amount of silver, gold, copper, platinum, and other precious metals, it's every possible the waste many be at least 1/4 to 1/2 that estimate.

Consider that what Apple did here is just from a single source, Apple.

Apple recovered 2,204 pounds of gold from broken iPhones last year
http://money.cnn.com/2016/04/15/technology/apple-gold-recycling/

Of course you wouldn't use these materials "as is", but harvest and separate what you need and re-manufacture it.
For example, you smelt the wire and various equipment, then separate plastics, and other non-use materials from the metal.
Then you separate the metals such as silver, gold, copper, etc. for reuse.

I have a black friend who owns and operates a 20 acre waste recycling plant who does this.
At the end of the week when it's time to pay his 28 employees, he simply hurls ONE of the dozens of raw material bins he recovered that week to a recycled material buyer, and that one bin pays enough to pay all of his employees for that week, and they all earn between $1200 to $1800/week.

Material recycling is a huge business, and growing.
Not to mention, whites have so much money, they are extremely wasteful.

Yes, a supercomputer helps greatly in the manufacture of cable (CAD, Process control), the deployment of cable (civil engineering), and the testing of deployed cable networks (FFT/DCT, Transmission line and K-Factor testing). They can also save you some grief by simulating the deployment before it's actually done which may save you time, resources and money by discovering flaws in the deployment.

After deploying hundreds of miles of wiring, if a malfunction occurs, using supercomputer algorithms can quickly help determine approximately where the fault lies in the netweok.

A supercomputer can also be utilized to automate portions of the above raw material recycling process as well as assisting in analysing the purity of the materials recovered.

The majority of Africa's internet "connected" are via cell phones. Cell phones can't be used to accomplish real computer work.
With a Cell phone, if there was any compute intensive applications being run like Siri, the real computing work is done at Apple on Apple Supercomputer, and the results are fed back to the cell phone.

Supercomputers are just computers, but with hundreds or thousands of nodes, capable of accomplishing the task faster, therefore, saving time, money and materials.

Fair enough.
