Right now Merkel is doling out billion$ to thousands of Arab refugees crossing over into Germany. And these Arabs are defecating, masturbating, and raping in swimming pools. And the German press and Police are all so quiet and accommodating. The Police literally say after a rape "You naughty boys don't do that again"--then let them go.
The settler Germans are still there owning lots of fertile farmland.

There is an easy solution to the problem facing the Herero people of Namibia.
Just invade the lands stolen by the German settlers as Mugabe did in Zimbabwe.

The West went crazy when Mugabe seized the lands the settlers stole. So they mounted a big financial attack on Zimbabwe--starving him of international credit. This caused a huge inflation with the value of the Zim dollar plummeting to almost useless paper.
But their goal of bringing him down and replacing him with stooge Morgan Tsangirai did not work.
That's the reason why the government of Namibia would be afraid to touch the lands stolen by the German settlers.
