Mena: The USA Latino population created the oldest minority gang in the USA and are the majority of American gang members today but they dont kill each other like the Black Gangs are doing. It looks like that Black youths in the inner city are socially engineer by society and the media to mass murder each other in gang violence. In 2016 there were 800 gun violence deaths in Chicago and 4000 people wounded by gun shots. Every year More Black people dies in Chicago gang violence then US soldier dies in Middle East wars.
