While some criticize studies that show Black intelligence to be lower than White, they can cite no Black performance that indicates high mean intelligence, and instead insist that Black ability is present but hidden by bias. But everyday observation together with no evidence that the races are equal disconfirms racial intellectual parity.
If the races are equally intelligent, then there should be evidence that they are; absence of such evidence is itself evidence that the races are not equal.

Therefore, a Black with a graduate degree has an IQ equivalent to a White with a junior college degree.

The brain capacity of the Neanderthal cranium is greater than that of the average European. Whites are some 17% of the world's population.

IQ scores derive from BOTH environmental and genetic effects. See James Flynn "What is Intelligence?"(2007). He shows how IQs chnage over time. The African IQs are just very bogus made to fit into a fallacious theory. You can't test people in languages and images they are not familiar with. In any case, Richard Lynn reported IQ scores of Tanzanian and South African black secondary school students and found scores of 88+(Lynn 1978).
The present IQ of AAs is 91(Dickens and Flynn 2006). The tested IQ of Greece is 91. The most extensive study of the genetics of U.S. blacks put their non-African genetics at 13%--not 24%(Tishkoff 2009). That would mean that the average IQ of U.S. blacks should be 73 not not 91.
If the average IQ of blacks in Africa is 70 then that would make it impossible for scores of 4 SDs above the mean to reach 110.
Yet, those blacks in Africa who have been exposed to industrial-age education would score much above 110 in IQ tests. Google the profiles of Kunle Olukotun, Adebisi Agboola, Wole Sobeyejo, Akintunde Akinwande, Tijane Thiam, Samson Adepoju Adeleke, Mo Ibrahim, Aliko Dangote, and many others. Why does this forum get so many rerun topics? Just dig up an old topic where this gets debunked. This gets boring. Mike do you enjoy this? Its like talking to a wind up doll that only says the same few one liners over and over.
Though I find it peculiar that they like repeating this stuff despite all odds. That Lioness character tends to do it in frequency in the same threads making repeats even several posts later, if they are exposed as a liar, rather than admitting to the fact, they will ignore the post showing exactly how they are being deceptive and repeat the lie again, as if its more important to keep the lie alive at the cost of looking totally illeterate and incapable of critical thought.
Edit: Noticed the new post that seems to have a more indepth explanation. Though why is the self-deception so imortant now? Why in current history did they choose to cash all their chips? Had they never tried this in the past? Were there not enough of them?

You know little about statistics. Tishkoff is a trained geneticist and her team included members trained in statistics.
A fair and unbiased sample needs only 32 elements. It's not the size of the sample that counts but only it being unbiased. I can 10,000 black basketball players to get the average height of AA males, but that would be a biased sample.
The book Time on the Cross(1974) by Fogel and Engerman(touted as a quantitative study of the slavery phenomenon) argued that 37% of antebellum "free men of color" were mixed race, the percentage of mixed race on plantations was 7-10%. The last U.S. Census which classified persons according to race(1920)but "colored blacks" as 15% of the black population.
One overlooked fact in all this is blacks were encouraged to multiply to ensure that plantation workers would always be in plentiful supply. Thus the vast majority of black men had offspring with their racial counterparts. Given that "black" in the U.S. meant at least 1/32 black, that metric would skew the average white ancestry of blacks away from what the true average would be.
The Tishkoff numbers would, therefore, be more realistic. Clearly, the idea that the average AA would have a white grandparent is highly unlikely.
Other comparative examples: The British were in India for 300 years yet when they left in 1947, there were only 300,000 mixed-race Anglo Indians in a population 300 million +.
The population of South Africa is 55 million of which blacks are some 80% with 9% white and 9% "Coloured", and 2% Asian Indian.
Arabs were in Spain for approx. 800 years but their genetic impact on the Spanish population is never more than 5% in the areas where the Arabs predominated.
But even so, Europeans carry a 33% African genome and 4% Neanderthal.
