http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4884072/Failure-patch-flaw-led-massive-Equifax-breach.html

Hackers exploited a two-month-old flaw in Equifax's web systems to steal 143 million customer's private data
Consumer credit agency Equifax says suffered a massive data breach
Leak may have affected 143 million customers and data stolen could include Social Security numbers, credit card numbers and birth dates
Hackers exploited a vulnerability in software package Apache Struts after the flaw was announced on March 7 - the same day a patch was released
It's not clear whether the credit agency updated their systems to fix the flaw
Two months later, hackers stole millions of people's private information
CEO and Chairman of Equifax issued an apology and said the company is working with authorities

Mena: I think credit rating agency like Equifax has the best information technology engineers and the best firewall to protect the corporation against hacking but still hackers hacked Equifax who stole the private data (credit card, Social security number, date of birth) of 143 million consumers. Equifax collects and records consumers financial data in order to gave them a credit score that is use by banks to give customers credits and loans.

I think Equifax was hacked by a foreign spy agency or a gang of super hackers because hacking Equifax require great knowledge and sophistication.
