i think it should contain at least:

-price....per day/month/year
-number of rooms
-area
-contactadress
-maybe phonenumbers
-furnished/unfurnished

so, anyone wanna volounteer to start?!

if it is realy useful, then i will think about creating an extra homepage about this topic!!! would be like a bord with the collected informations about flats/houses etc.
