The going rate for a flat this size and in this area would be about 2000 - 3000 LE, depending on the landlord, the kind of furniture, overall state of the building, your haggling skills etc.

I personally wouldn't chose to live on Gamaeat el Dowal, it's an extremely loud, huge and crowded street, but then that's up to personal preference ...
