I found a website talking about travel arrangements where you go and have dinner and spend an evening in a bedouin camp. Does anyone know anything about how you can arrange this in/around Cairo?

The closest thing I've found around or in Cairo is at some of the 5* hotels. They will have a Bedouin night deal where they have foods from Egypt, and decorate some area up with Bedouin tents or seating. Something like that. Not very very authentic, but it suits many tourists needs. Many of the tourists that want this sort of experience would die before they'd go out and spend time and eat in a real Beouin camp. LOL
An area you can experience near authenticity of this adventure would be spending an overnight up in Wadi Natrun at the ECO Lodge. You can sleep out in the Bedouin tent if you want, or just admire it before going into your chalet. Locals (Bedouins- sortof) are the staff there so the food is good Bedouin type food and you can watch camels and sheep being herded from your chalet porch.
Contact me if this is something you think you'd be interested in doing. It is an interesting and not well known area yet.
