Katalina, If I want a hotel I would go to the travel agent and give them the resort, the grade of hotel, and the board basis. Then they would look on the computer to find me what I want.
Photos dont tell you anything, videos can be misleading, personal recommendation is the surest way, and the travel agents have a book under the desk which they consult with the accurate information, up to date reviews by their staff.
