depends where you wan't to stay flat, hotel.. ? what you like more , be near city center or away from all the noise same time action your best choice for a flat will be in Roshdy or even better "Kafr Abdo" where there's more foreigners living and more quiet still relatively near city center and nice places. if you will go for a hotel and you like to be in a nice place lots of grean around you and very quiet yet not cheap , you can try hotels in Montaza gardens.

what are you looking for? there's quite few hotels near the area also it's near city center, you can find all prices also same goes for flats, Mazarita or city center, sure you will find anything within your budget
