Also the work force, from what the unemployment number is taken from, is less than 30 million people. Which puts unemployment at over 20%. Then look at underemployment, when people can't get jobs at the level they are qualified for or they can't work enough hours at the job that they do hold, and the situation is even worse. Jaguar and ricardo, I will join your National Front thingy and contribute by starting more business in Egypt! Unfortunately it will be sometime before I can employ 6 million people :P and by then it will be more than 6 million unemployed.

Please expand on your question as I don't understand the relevance. Every government uses tax money to run the country, but now Egypt has more people than the government has jobs so the burden is on the private sector. If that doesn't answer what you are asking please ask with more specifications. Also, Egypt along with many other Mediterranean countries, is not very efficient at collecting taxes.
