Hi there asada, i feel i want to tell u. I stayed in a few flats in Cairo, b4 comin to Alex. At first i set my heart on ground floor. When i finally got one, i was bothered greatly by the very noisy water pump! U can hear it constantly and its very annoying. After that, i couldn't wait to leave it. I always go for 3rd or 4th floor now. Its much more peaceful!
