Have just recently relocated to Cairo and am in the midst of getting myself sorted. One thing I would really like a bit of advise on is generally who should you tip and how much should you tip? I expect that the amount of tip will depend on what the service is, but I have got no idea if I am being overly generous or a real stooge.
Also, which newspaper is the best for classified advertising - I'm looking to find a housekeeper and probably arabic lessons.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

thr best news paper for classified is waseet there is in english and in arabic,, and also local neighboorhood news, like in maadi there is one
