Hi, I have just arrived back from a holiday in 'Sharm' and had a fantastic time, so much so that I have bought a villa while I was there (for my own use and to rent out). It seems good value for money but is only half built and I need to get a construction company to give me a quote to finish and furnish it for me, and so forth. I could really do with speaking to someone who has been through a similar project and can advise me on the problems I can expect to incurr along the way - is there any forums around for people like myself? or if you have been through similar I would be very greatful to have any tips.
