I have to set up a crucial phone call with the US (Pacific Time) at 11am one morning next week (pacific time). What time would that be in Egypt? I thought Egypt was 12 hours ahead, but now I'm looking at something else that seems to indicate 10 hours. The person I have to call is in San Francisco I think. She said its Pacific Time anyway. Anyone know for sure?

Pacific Time is 10hours behind us here in Egypt. At least until we get the daft changeover to summertime and then we get out of sync for a while.

Just laughing at the highlighted 'normal sleeping hours' for Cairo - but I guess San Francisco might be just as bad!

I didn't see anything that showed normal sleeping hours on that site, but I can assure you that nowhere in the states is near as bad as Cairo for sleeping hours, both in length and in time for going to bed. San Francisco area is full of everyone commuting and up at outrageous hours of the morning to get to work.
