During week working days,i usually sleep from 9pm until 5am,and when im off i can sleep almost until there´s no tomorrow. The problem its then to readjust my time over again when the weekend its over. Its not uncommon for me then to arrive a bit late to work on Monday,or whatever is my first day of the week.
If im dead tired i can sleep anywhere from early evening until 5am that gotta wake up during the week,or if off i can sleep in blocks like your,or straight 12 hours nonstop.

@Supercalafra Nice that you have a sharp sleeping hours. I think That is good for you. you sleep 7,30 hours a day and you have a fixed time. It is good for the biological clock.
@citizen These days, I usually start working after 12 and if I have a home work I do it after 5 am. How about your sleeping hours?
@Sashyra I know the week end problem. Last time I had a week end was last year. Fortunately,My week ends are occupied with tiny work.

normal is somewhere between 2 and 3am and wake up 9 or 10 but sometimes suffer insomnia and can be awake till 5am or all night and still carry on the next day. Seem to be able to manage on 5 or 6 hours and weekly or twice weekly sleep 8 or 9 hours. VERY rare sleep longer than 9 hours, gives me headaches to sleep too long and hate sleeping my life away Hubby can do 12 to 15 hours no problem. I can't do a split shift sleep though, has to be all in one go.

Since I've gone part time at work my clock is pretty messed up. By choice I'm definitely a night owl. I love that hour where it's just starting to get light - and all the birds start singing, you know? Ok, not so much on a workday though, no The past few weeks have been particularly bad. There have been two occasions where I've gone into work on zero hours sleep. Weird because I feel full of beans when I get there, but I'm thinking the chest pains aren't a great sign. Non-work days I probably get 8-10 so I guess it evens itself out.
