Next year I am hoping to move to Hurghada and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how or where is best to look for work.

You can not work without a work permit and to get that the company needs to prove you are doing a job no Egyptian can do. Most of these jobs are applied for and obtained abroad and the company arranges your work permit for your arrival.
