Im Engenner guy from Belgium (27 years old). I plan to stay in Cairo for 10-12 month to study Arabic langage in Cairo University.
I m in Cairo since 3 days, still at hotel. Im prospeting by my self for flats here, I think the most interesting things is to share the flat with other people to have a good value flat.
Well my budget is 100-150 euro/month.

I just saw yesterday a huge flat, very beautyfull, ceiling very hight, 4 bedroom, only one available, in downtown, 2 minute walk from Midhan Tahrir. The room is also big, with many windows. for only 80 euro/month!!!
I didnt took it because there is already two french speakers, my mother tongue is french too, so its not a good combinaison to learn well Arabic.

Your proposition seems to be interesting, but where did you find your flat? I mean in wich location? Are they good?
I saw already two flats today, one in Zamalek, and one in Mohandissin. Another one in Downtown too, 1 minute walk from AUC, but fucking too much small, I dont advice you it. And I have to see anothers ones as well tonight.
