There is very little evidence (daresay no strong evidence at all) to support the accepted mainstream theory that the Great Pyramids were used at tombs. There have been no heiroglyphs discovered inside the tombs and no evidence of burial. As acessible as the Great Pyramids have been, is it possible a lot has been lost? Maybe. But I at least think the egyptological community should be more open to different opinions. One theory I'm beginning to support is the idea that the pyramids had some sort of electrical purpose. But a number of well-known, non-mainstream (but still respected) authors have poked holes in the tomb theory and it's still accepted without question. This is an assault on scholarship!
