It would be the last glorious effort to restore legitimacy and unity to a nation, long the epitome of advancement in all areas of civilization, which after more than ten thousands of years, was alas, at its end.
To add insult to injury, this effort, by later historians would distort this valiant effort by ascribing this to some fictionalized, warped creation of a "Nubian" dynasty.
The effort was begun by the Pionkhi clan which would result in the 25th and the last native Kemet dynasty...forever. This would be facilitated by the succeeding 26th dynasty of the Psametik's, whose modus operandi was the facilitation of the foreign domination of Kemet, starting with the Persians and continuing to this day with the Arabs...

Technically, the Kushitic Dynasty would not be the last "native" Kemetic Dynasty. The Nectanebo Dynasty follows it after several other dynasties, and it is deemed to be native.

^ Yes but not only Manetho, but all existing records show that the 30th dynasty was the last native dynasty of Egypt with its very last king being Nectanebo II. After that it was reconquered by the Persians who installed the 31st dynasty and after that came the conquest of Alexander the Great with Egypt being ruled by one of his generals, Ptolemy marking the Greco-Roman period.
I fail to see why Wally claims the 25th dynasty as the last native dynasty but not the 30th. Despite the whole ruse of 'Nubia' by Eurocentrics, the 25th dynasty is not technically native in the sense that it was started by a family of Kush which is a different nation. Even though, their rule was considered more legitimate than any other foreign rule the Egyptians had.

Not to speak for Wally, but he probably says the 25th was the last "Native" dynasty because he sees Africans as rulers and not "Other" peoples.
Djehuti is right when he says the 25th was a Kush dynasty. So we really should not look at it being a Native dynasty, but a foreign one that was more legitimate to AE because of Kush learning and adopting a lot of practises from Kemet.

During Greco-Roman time there is evidence that a short reign of indigenous rulers. This is cited and referenced by Alan K Bowman in Egypt After the Pharoahs. Despite the infraction of foreign rulers ancient Egyptian culture and civlization continued untill the reign of Theodosus who offical closed the ''paganistic'' temples in Elephantine(Abu)

Your take on Muhammad Arabi was eyeopening because you spake that there is Dark Brown Egyptians, even in Lower Egypt. I just wish they had a voice to speak. But it's baby steps that we take and I am happy we are moving in the right direction.

Even though the Delta was conquered from "Libyans" "Libyans" were never considered native, at least not in the way Rt.rmt were related to Nhhsw.
And that in spite of common physical features that Thhnw shared with Rt.rmt.
