الختان في مجتمع ساءت فيه الحال الاقتصادية فتأخر سن الزواج للذكور والإناث، مما لا شك يدفع الجنسين إلى الحد من الشهوة في مجتمع يعج بالفساد الخلقي والتبرج والاختلاط فضلاً عن اعتدال سلوك المختون وتوازنه العصبي والمزاجي، فمعدل الانتحار في غير المختونين أكبر بكثير من المختونين.

أن الختان يسبب البرود الجنسي، ويصيب الأنثى بصدمة نفسية، وادعائهم أن الأطباء أجمعوا على ضرر الختان بالنسبة للأنثى.
قلت: هذا القول يفقد الصدق والموضوعية، فالأطباء لم يجمعوا على ضرر الختان ولعل فيما كتبته د. نشوى عبد الحميد في جريدة عقيدتي، والذي أشرنا إليه في المبحث الثاني دليل على أن في الأطباء من يرى أن الختان للأنثى أمرٌ محمود لتهذيب شهوتها واستقامة سلوكها هذا أولاً، وثانياً أن البرود الجنسي يتحقق في حالة الاستئصال الكامل للغرلة ونحن لم نقل بذلك ولكن نطالب باستئصال جزء منها لأن تركها دون تهذيب يؤدي إلى أضرار صحية وحياة زوجية غير مستقرة بين الزوجين فضلاً عن عدم الطهارة التي هي شرط لصحة الصلاة.
وكذلك فإن الطب لا يحكم الشرع، ولكن الشرع حاكم وليس محكوماً عليه.
ونضرب لذلك مثلاً، حديث البخاري (( إذا وقعت الذبابة في إناء أحدكم فليغمسها .... )) فإن المسلم عند سماعه لهذا الحديث يمتثل له دون أن يسأل عن العلة أو يسألأ هل أثبت العلم صحة هذا أم لا؟ لأن إيمانه ويقينه يعنيان أن يتمثل لأمر الله ولأمر رسوله r دون شك أو ريب أو توقف يقول سبحانه{ إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْتَابُوا ...} [الحجرات:15] ويقول جل شأنه { وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ …} [الأحزاب:36].
الشبهة الثانية:
أن بنات الرسول r لم يختتن، وأن الختان للإناث ينعدم في بعض المجتمعات.
قلت: أن قولهم أن بنات الرسول r لم يختتن دعوى باطلة ليس عليها دليل، وهو قول على الله بغير علم، إن الأصل هو الختان للذكور والإناث كما بينا سابقاً ويلزم من يقول بخلاف ذلك الدليل على قوله وإلا فهو كذب على الله ورسوله فهاجر ( اختتنت )، وأم المهاجر لما أسلمت أمرها عثمان أن تغتسل وتختتن وعمر أمر الخاتنة أن تخفض ولا تنهك هذا أولاً، وثانياً قولهم أن بعض المجتمعات ليس فيها ختان فهذا كلام لا يعرفه الشرع وليس من أدلة التشريع فعل المجتمعات، فمن متى كان فعل المجتمعات حكم على الشرع.
الشبهة الثالثة:
أنه لم يثبت في الختان حديث صحيح.
قلت: هذه الدعوى ساقطة بالنصوص التي سقناها في البحث فحديث أبو هريرة خمس من الفطرة متفق عليه وحديث إذا التقى الختانان وجب الغسب رواه مسلم وحديث أم عطية صححه حفاظ الأمة كالهيثمي وابن حجر.
الشبهة الرابعة:
الختان عادة جاهلية كانت موجودة قبل الإسلام.
قلت: أن الإسلام أقر عادات من الجاهلية وسكوته عنها تعد إقرار، كصورة النكاح التي في وماننا والكرم وحفظ العهد وحفظ الجوار، والعادات التي أبطلها الإسلام ورد بشأنها نصوص، فكون الختان كان في الجاهلية وسكت عنه الشرع فمعنى ذلك إقرار به وإلا فما معنى السكوت عن عادة، قال جابر كنا نعزل والقرآن ينزل ومقصوده أن القرآن ما أشار إلى حرمة ما نفعل فاعتبر ذلك إقرار.
الشبهة الخامسة:
أن قول النبي r إذا التقى الختانان من باب التغليب.
قلت: هذا قول شاذ وقول الله وقول رسوله r لا يخرجان على الشاذ والقرآن والسنة من أفصح الفصيح، والتثنية لها شروط ثمانية هي:
شرط المثنى أن يكون معربا ومفردا منكرا ما ركبا
موافقاً في اللفظ والمعنى له مماثل لم يغني عنه غيره
ومما سبق يتضح أن التثنية في لفظ الختانان صحيحة24.
النتائج
مما سبق يتضح لنا بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك:
1. مشروعية الختان، وأن الخلاف وقع بين الفقهاء في حُكمِه هل هو واجب أم مستحب أم مكرمة؟. 2. أن الأطباء لم يجمعوا على ضرر الختان للأنثى كما يدعي المعارضون. 3. أن الختان عُرف في شرع السابقين. 4. أن الختان من سنن المرسلين وهو علَمٌ على الحنيفية السمحة. 5. أن حفاظ الأمة وأعلام السنة بوبوا للختان في كتبهم كالبخاري ومسلم وأبو داود والبغوي وغيرهم. 6. أن دول الغرب تتجه إلى فرض الختان على الإناث لما فيه من فوائد وحكم بالغة. 7. أن عدم ختان الأنثى يعرضها للفاحشة ويدفعها إليها في زمن الاختلاط وتأخر سن الزواج. 8. أن دار الإفتاء المصرية على مدار السنسن السابقة انتهت في فتاويها إلى مشروعية الختان للذكور والإناث. 9. أن غثارة تلك القضية بهذا الحجم لا يفهم منه إلا أن ذلك هو صنع الأعداء وسدنة الفساد والفاحشة. 10. أن تلك القضية لم تثار إلا بعد مؤتمر السكان الذي كان من جدول أعماله النظر في مشروعية ارتباط الرجل بالرجل كما في بريطانيا واعطاء مساحة للشواذ في المجتمعات المتحضرة.
والله نسأل أن يحفظنا من الفتن ما ظهر منها وما بطن

Miracles of the Koran circumcision Habiby don't you know that circumcision is in the bible 1000+ years before Islam or quran in (Genesis 17:10-14). "10 This is My covenant, which ye shall keep, between Me and you and thy seed after thee: every male among you shall be circumcised."
Circumcision applied to the Jews and their slaves. Apart from that, circumcision never applied to people outside the Jewish faith.
so where is the miracle of Quran if Muhammed quoted every story of old prophets and even small things like circumcision,do you see now how much your Muslims Shaikhs cheating your naive nations who don't read since 1428 years by so called Miracle of Quran,which is based on the Bible,shame on them.
