Pineapples and their juice together with soy sauce are used to marinate chicken and to make the sauce of this differently tasteful dish.

Main ingredients Spaghetti, Chicken, Soy sauce, Pineapples, Peppers


Ingredients
1 pack Spaghetti ,or fettuccine or linguine (500 g)
400 g Chicken Breasts ,boneless
1 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar ,dark
4 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Ginger ,fresh, grated
1 can Pineapples ,medium size
2 Onions ,medium size
1 Red Pepper ,medium size, cut into sticks
1 Green Pepper ,medium size, cut into sticks
1 Yellow Pepper ,medium size, cut into sticks

Directions

1. Drain pineapples and reserve the juice. Cut pineapples into medium pieces. Cut thicker chicken breasts in half crosswise. Slice onions lengthwise then cut slices in half.
2. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger, sesame oil, pineapples and reserved pineapple juice. Add chicken, peppers and onions and stir. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
3. Boil spaghetti and drain. Heat the grill. Remove chicken, peppers and onions from marinade and grill until done. Reserve marinade juice. Cut grilled chicken into strips 1 cm thin.
4. In a large pan, add grilled chicken and vegetables over medium heat. Pour reserved marinade juice and pineapples. Add spaghetti and stir for a minute then serve.

made this last night was so good with the fresh pineapple [Razz]

hope so i cant wait to cook with my sous chef again, and where is almaz . we need her too [Wink]
