I have a recipe that calls for club soda but I do not have any.
I found online a place that says you can substitute sprite or ginger ale for Club Soda.

Has anyone ever heard of this? Do you think it might work? Thanks. [Smile]

Well club soda isn't sweet at all so I wouldn't substitute for something that is sweet. I think you can use plain seltzer water if you can get your hands on it. Or any type of carbonated water.

this way u dont even need to put any oil down in the pan and they come out really fluffy and moist and have great flavor.
