I'm sure most here have heard this now old (classic) Ras Kass track. Many are of the opinion that this is 95 - 100% true.

Any thoughts? At the very least it's good for some thought and research.

A lot of it actually isn't true and Ras Kass has since apologized for making that track.

Btw, that's from the album Soul on Ice, which is a classic in of its self.

^^ Yes I'm well versed on Soul on Ice. Apologized? For all the false eurocentric blabber that has become mainstream thru mere repetition...he apologized??

Purely a business decision I would think. White kids are the main consumers of hip-hop music.

I wouldn't call all of the song inaccurate but he makes mistake like ''Moors from Bagdad Turkey'' Soul on Ice was a good album with bad production.

I never heard about Rass Kass apologizing for the songs inaccracy. I know he is a fan of the writings of Francis Cress Welsing and it shows.

^^ It's obvious some of what he said was meant to stir the pot, and some just flat out inaccurate, but certainly not apology worthy.

Here is Cee-Lo in similar verse...

Why not apologise, regardless of what intellectually defective and very viral Eurocentrism has done?

He may be a bit off in terms of accuracy but the general white devil theme is spot on. More "hip hoppers" should follow him.
