In the the tropical regions the intense heat causes those living in the environment to be very docile or lazy. Whereas, those living in the cold climatic regions are forced to remain active and alert. Does this explain the intellectual impotence of the African Negro and the mental dexterity of the European white?

Has natural selection dwarfed the negroe's intellectual capacity, in order to conform him to the hospitable environment, while the white skin peoples have evolved to make due of the harsh and inhospitable northern regions?

The technology of the Air Condition should have been invented by the Afrikan Negro. Yet it was invented by those who evolved in cold climates. Very interesting dichotomy.

Evolution faster in warmer climates, says report
MOLECULAR evolution in mammals happens faster under warm climates, a study has shown.

Researchers have found that, among pairs of mammals of the same species, the DNA of those living in warmer climates changes at a faster rate.

These mutations - where one letter of the DNA code is substituted for another - are a first step in evolution.

The study, reported in "Proceedings of the Royal Society B," could help explain why the tropics are so species-rich.

DNA can mutate and change imperceptibly every time a cell divides and makes a copy of itself.
But when one of these mutations causes a change that is advantageous for the animal - for example, rendering it resistant to a particular disease - it is often "selected for" or passed down to the next few generations of that same species.

Such changes, which create differences within a population but do not give rise to new species, are known as "microevolution".

The idea that microevolution happens faster in warmer environments is not new. But this is the first time the effect has been shown in mammals, which regulate their own body temperature.

"The result was unexpected," said Len Gillman from Auckland University of Technology, who led the study.

"We have previously found a similar result for plant species and other groups have seen it in marine animals.

But since these are 'ectotherms' - their body temperature is controlled directly by the environment - everyone assumed that the effect was caused by climate altering their metabolic rate."

You know Afronuttin it wouldn't kill ya to do just a little goole before running that diarrhea of that brain of yours.

Building Technology

In various parts of ancient, medieval and contemporary Africa building constructions of various dimensions, shapes and types emerged reflecting various concepts, techniques and decorative principles and specific raw material preferences as well. Builders integrated the concept of the arch, the dome, and the use of columns and aisles in their construction. The underground vaults and passages and rock-hewn churches of Ancient Ethiopia are matched in Nubia and Egypt with pyramids of various dimensions. In the Sahelian region, adobe or dried clay was preferred in the context of moulded contours at times integrated with overall moulded sculpture. Permanent scaffolding made of protruding planks characterized the Malian region. The principle of evaporative cooling was integrated into the building activity. Mats were utilized as part of the décor and also to be saturated repeatedly, to cool the room.

Developed Refrigeration for Food Transport
Frederick McKinley Jones
Numero helped to create the situation that led to Jones' greatest achievement - refrigerated transport of food. A business peer, Harry Werner, complained that he was unable to ship food without it perishing. Numero jokingly remarked that Werner needed a refrigerator for his truck, never expecting to be taken seriously. However, Werner purchased an aluminum truck and brought it to Numero and Jones for consideration. Numero thought that the project was impossible, but Jones got into the truck, took some measurements, and quickly concluded that a refrigeration unit could be developed. After some experimentation, Jones developed a refrigeration unit that could withstand shock and could mount to the forehead of a truck. He patented this invention on July 12, 1940. Numero eventually sold Cinema Supplies, Inc. to RCA in order to form a partnership with Jones. Jones and Numero called their new company the U.S. Thermo Control Company. It was later known as the Thermo King Corporation. The partnership went on to earn $3 million by 1949 and in the late 1990s, was still a familiar name and a major contributor to the refrigeration industry.

Although Jones had no formal engineering training, he was known for his ability to work with the engineers at Thermo Control, many with university educations. Jones had no patience for peers who relied too heavily on theory without working on a real problem. He also lacked tolerance for shoddiness and incompetence among employees, even though he never fired a company employee. According to an article in the Saturday Evening Post, Jones' unconventional work style was describes in the following way: "Most engineers start at the bottom of a project and work up, but Fred takes a flying leap too [sic] the top of the mountain and then backs down, cutting steps for himself and the rest of us as he goes."

Impact of Inventions

Jones' revolutionary work in refrigerated food transport led to increased benefits for the food transportation industry and spawned the frozen food industry. Jones eventually developed transportable refrigeration for trains, ships, and planes. The refrigeration units served a significant purpose during World War II and facilitated the transportation of food, blood, and medical supplies around the world to U.S. military personnel and allies. During the Second World War, Jones was advanced to the rank of sergeant and served as an electrician. He continued to develop cooling units that were used, not only for food and medicine, but for airplane cockpits and ambulance planes.

Jones' productive career yielded 61 patents. Forty of these involved refrigeration systems, but Jones also invented portable X-ray equipment, audio equipment, and engines. Many of Jones' inventions changed their industries forever. The condenser microphone was one invention that Jones never patented. The microphone was eventually patented and manufactured by another party. A similar situation occurred when Jones developed a portable X-ray machine at the request of a doctor in Hallock. He never patented the machine, which was later patented by a German.

Jones' cutting edge work as an inventor and a mechanic was recognized in a number of ways. He became the first African American member of the American Society of Refrigeration Engineers in 1944. During the 1950s, Jones consulted for various branches of the United States government, including the Department of Defense and the Bureau of Standards. Jones' inventions never accumulated massive wealth for him, but he was well regarded by his friends and supporters and known for his generosity and helpfulness. Jones died of lung cancer on February 21, 1961 in Minneapolis. He was inducted into the Minnesota Inventors Hall of Fame in 1977.

Just add salt to your wound this is what some Euro-of Medit.extraction had to say on the intelligence of Blacks

Black and White Intelligence

Many ancient and medieval writers commented on how skin color correlated with intelligence. To the shock of many modern readers the Greeks and Romans equated dark skin with intelligence and lighter skin with stupidity. The Greek historian Lucian (125?-90) wrote that the Ethiopians (name for all black people), "Being in all else wiser than other men," invented astrology and taught it to the Egyptians.1 Aristotle (398-332BC) believed that, "The races that live in…. Europe are full of courage and passion but somewhat lacking in skill and brain power2 …Those who are too black are cowards, like for instance, the Egyptians and Ethiopians. But those who are excessively white are also cowards…The complexion of courage is between the two." 3 Aristotle believed, liked many Greeks and Romans, that they lived in the perfect, "mid-position geographically ," between the intelligent, yet cowardly dark skinned southerners, and brave, yet dull pale-skinned northerners.
Vitruvius Polio (1st century BC) in his book, On Architecture, wrote the following passage about the different innate attributes of people:
"Now while the southern peoples are of acute intelligence and infinite resource, they give way when courage is demanded because their strength is drained away by the sun; but those who are born in colder regions by their fearless courage are better equipped for the clash of arms, yet by their slowness of mind they rush on without reflection, and through lack of tactics are balked of their purpose…Italy presents good qualities which are tempered by admixture from either side both north and south, and are consequently unsurpassed. And so, by its policy, it curbs the courage of the northern barbarians; by its strength, the imaginative south. Thus the divine mind has allotted to the Roman state an excellent and temperate region in order to rule the world."4

There are many examples of the Greeks and Romans' high regards for the intelligence of black people. In Heliodorus's play, an Ethiopian King was a model of wisdom, righteousness, and magnanimity.5 In Homer's Odyessy, Odysseus's herald Eurybates--who has black skin and wooly hair--was renowned for his wisdom.6 Lucian mentioned a thoughtful Negro scribe from Memphis named Pancrates.7 Aesop, the famous fable writer was described as an Ethiopian.8 The Roman writer Terrence, who achieved great fame as a comic poet after arriving in Rome as a slave, was described as having dark and black skin. Terrence was accepted into Rome's elite circles
and his daughter married a Roman knight.9

Hay Afro-nuttin what Bogle said to you was not ad hominem do you agree or disagree with the statement about civilization comming forth from an icebox?

And here is somthing to think about inregards to your previous statement about Africans air-con.and lazyness..it was in hot azz Africa that fire was invented or made use of first, and if they bought the flames in side their cave, then they are heating the air... IE air-con.

Bones hint at first use of fire

Our ancestors may have used fire to cook food
Human-like species living in Africa up to 1.5 million years ago may have known how to control fire, scientists say.

US and South African experts analysed burnt bones from Swartkrans, just north of Johannesburg, using the technique of electron spin resonance.

It showed the bones had been heated to high temperatures usually only achieved in hearths, possibly making it the first evidence of fire use by humans.

The results will be presented at the 2004 Paleoanthropology Society Annual Meeting in Montreal, Canada, in March.

These bones could have been burnt in a forest fire or brush fire but that's generally a low temperature flame. These had been heated to a very high temperature
Dr Anne Skinner, Williams College
The research is a collaboration between South African researchers Dr Bob Brain and Dr Francis Thackeray of the Transvaal Museum in Pretoria, and researchers at Williams College in Williamstown, US.

"These bones could have been burnt in a forest fire or brush fire but that's generally a low temperature flame. These had been heated to a very high temperature," Dr Anne Skinner, of Williams College, told BBC News Online.

The next oldest evidence for controlled use of fire may come from Zhoukoudian in China, dating to between 400,000 and 250,000 years ago.

By this logic, one would have to deduce that Afro-slayed nut comes from the tropics. This post is a prime example of being docile or lazy.

Well Mr. Dumbass, we'll never know the answer to your hypothetical question since it was dark skinned tropically adapted people who tamed Europe. These people retained their dark complexions until relatively recent times according to Nina Jablonski and others. The change in skin color was at least in part triggered by the advent of (dietary changes brought about by) farming which was brought to Europe by people described by scientists as "negroid."

BTW, dumbass by stating that your question is hypothetical I'm not conceding that your premise about "dwarfed negroe's intellectual capacity" has any possible validity. The question is hypothetical simply because positing white people back into time (before 8 or 10K years ago) is an anachronism.
