People form various European countries may have a stereotypic looks. You might be abe to distinguish a Brit from a Pole sometimes or a Frenchman from an Russian sometimes. I would say a 70% correct guess rate would be high if given a random selection of these or other European nationalities.
Jews, the Europeans ones are just another European. You might be able to pick them out from some Christian Eastern Europeans but you might also make a lot of mistakes trying to distinguish them if you were presented with non-famous people from each of these groups you had never seen before. You might not even be that familiar with how certain Esatern Europeans look because most Americans of European background are Western Euroepeans, german, British, Dutch, French etc and some Italians primarily
Even if you had a 100% success rate because you could distinguish certain Europeans from other Europeans does not mean they are not so called "white" in a relative sense

Lioness non of the above matched the paintings,matter o fact the paintings are more closely matched by painting of a later period contact albeit in a seemingly inferior position. The only question is are we looking at Black Asians or Africans with the earlier period,keeping in mind one does not negate the other being in the same place at the same time.

Sorry these features come from ancient aboriginal black populations in Asia who descended from the first migrations of blacks.
