Before WWII Germany was a basket case, poverty was rampant. Where did Jews get all of this money to buy art from?

The art was bought in the 20s by four Jewish art dealers, some of the artists were also Jewish.
What prices they paid I don't know. They may have bought some of the "degenerate" art at lower prices before artists had name recognition. Only decades later do the prices rise dramatically. Maybe they also had some higher value stuff, Picassos n'shyt

There was none. Soon after white people came into power in Europe they destroyed all the black art of course. They weren't stupid to leave evidence lying around and they didn't want to even look at to be reminded. This was around 1648. Over a period of a year they took all the great paintings of Black European kings, queens and nobles burnt them. It could take a month or more to do a fine painting. In five minutes it can be burnt to ash. White serfs were tired of being bossed around by Blacks who had all the wealth and power at the time. It was a revolution against the oppressive Blacks. They destroyed the art, what do you expect.
Reality is not like Batman where the crooks leave riddles around for you to figure out and catch them with.
