You wonder how far the left will go to rewrite history in their quest for a global utopia. And just when you think they have gone far enough, bam! they surprise you with an uppercut. If my memory serves correct, all humans, relationship-wise, are 6 degrees separated from one another. Based on that rule, anybody can potentially be biologically related to Muhammad!

Every other Arab and their dog is descended from Muhammad.

Being descended from Muhammad is rather overrated.

Wherever you go in the Muslim world, you will find some people who claim descent from Muhammad.

FWIW I am descended from Charlemagne, yes "that" Charlemagne.
