If the UV radiation is similar to earth that means it varies in locations closer or further from the equator and that populations, like many light skinned Europeans and East Asians (perhaps over a billion people, if not many hundreds of millions) exist in the lower UV regions

White is the very worst and most susceptible colourless caste for any intelligent lifeform.
In fact, today many albino astronauts are showing the ill affects of radiation exposure such as cancers, eye degradation, etc.

Albino manufactured melanin is of course far inferior to the real thing in humans. The purpose of manufactured melanin is meant to play a different role than that of human Eumelanin. THINK!

I love this series, and they have been portrayed the high eings properl. Dark Blue (sapphire/lapis lazuli) which is the secret of the Black GOD. The people who wrote this are knowledgeable on the topic of theology.

As a kid I aswerd the physics theatcher. Explaining to him that live on other planets is possible, and doesn't require the same symptoms as is needed for mankind. This depends on the liveform. We already have many liveforms on planet earth, of wich some are still only discovered recently. And perhaps some aren't yet discovered.
Some solar-system are very similair to the solar-system as we know it, while others differ drasticly, with many suns. And perhaps have produced drastically different lifeforms.

other life forms ......yes. probably abundant in the universe....
other intelligent life, human like intelligence ........
probably have to be on a planet with similar qualities to our own in size, closeness to sun, water content, mineral content, etc....

If we as humans need to survive, in such solar-system , then of course we will need a similar solar-system with similar qualities. But it doesn't mean other lifeforms need a similar environment and similar qualities. Some species can survive with less humidity etc....
