Alfred Binet (French: 1857–1911) was a French psychologist who invented the first practical intelligence test, the Binet-Simon scale. His principal goal was to identify students who needed special help in coping with the school curriculum. Along with his collaborator Théodore Simon, Binet published revisions of his intelligence scale in 1908 and 1911, the last appearing just before his death.

In it, Richwine argued that there are genetic differences in intelligence between races, and that they will persist for generations to come. He’s a disciple of Richard Herrnstein and Charles Murray, whose book The Bell Curve made a similar argument back in 1994.

The intelligence scores came from work carried out earlier this decade by Richard Lynn, a British psychologist, and Tatu Vanhanen, a Finnish political scientist, who analyzed IQ studies from 113 countries, and from subsequent work by Jelte Wicherts, a Dutch psychologist.
Differences between their countries’ school systems:
1) In Japan, the school year begins in April and ends in March. In America, the school year starts in September and ends in July. Also, students in Japan have fewer days off than American students.
2) There are no school buses in Japan. In Japanese public kindergartens, mothers take their kids to school (often by bicycle). Public elementary schools and junior high schools are close enough for the students to walk to* (*in urban areas, like Tokyo, students must walk to school…no bicycles allowed. But in more rural areas of Japan, kids are often permitted by ride their bikes to school.) High schools in Japan require passing an Entrance Exam to attend…so these schools usually require the students to take a short commute by train. (Private schools in Japan, on the other hand, aren’t usually within walking distance from the students’ homes…so kids who attend private schools (even elementary school) can be seen commuting by train with their classmates.)
3) In Japanese public schools, elementary school kids wear street clothes to school (like in American schools), but starting in junior high, they must wear a school uniform.

5) In Japanese elementary and junior high schools students and teachers all eat the same school lunch. There are no choices. In most high schools, students and teachers are required to bring a (packed lunch) from home. And very few Japanese schools have a cafeteria. Students eat lunch in their classroom at their desk. In American schools, there are “lunch ladies” who prepare the school lunches and then serve the students, but in Japan, the “lunch ladies” cook the lunch but students take turns serving lunch to their classmates.
6) Japanese school children don’t take a shower after gym class.
7) There are no janitors in Japanese schools. The students clean their school everyday.
8) In junior high and high school in Japan, almost every student joins a after-school club or team.
9) Summer vacation is about five weeks long in Japan. It was about twice as long in America. And during summer vacation, Japanese students have to go to school many times for their school club/team practice. Also, Japanese students must do a lot of homework during summer vacation.

This paper discusses the major factors in the intensity of Japanese stress on both institutional and psychological levels. Clearly what the Albinos did was to "Stack the Deck": they established what was common and normal in their environments, and made that the world standard, regardless of local cultures and realities. There is no way the IQ test isnt culturally bias. The scores are too low. Anything under an 80 indicates that someone does not understand the questions. I average close to 120 and I'm dumb but I read good english and I understand the concepts measured.

Richwine's claims should be examined on the merits but some of what he says is misleading. He asserts that IQ can reliably estimate general mental ability or intelligence. The jury is still out on that claim on 5 counts:
(a) definitions of "intelligence", and is "general" ability the same as "intelligence"?
(b) strength of correlation between the 20th century constructs known as IQ tests and different definitions of "intelligence" ,
(c) whether the complexity of human intelligence can be reduced to a nice, convenient single number called 'IQ", and
(d) strength of the correlation between various tests and other real-life life outcomes like job status, compared to OTHER relevant variables such as family background.
(e) The (1) meaningfulness and (2) strength of correlation between a construct called "race" in a rigorous biological sense, and a construct called "IQ" as measured by certain tests and formulas. What exactly is a biological "race" in the same sense we define "races" for other mammalian species? Is it a sub-species? If so on what rigorous biological basis is that definition made as regards humans? And if "race"is shaky, what's the point of, or how meaningful is correlation of the "IQ" construct to the "race" construct?
These are the 5 key items. Assorted racial IQ proponents float strawmen- claiming that people who question their claims are "denying" that groups statistically differ as regards intelligence. But this is just that- a strawman. Few credibly "deny" that for example, Asians score higher on average than whites on tests purportedly measuring "intelligence" using a particular construct called "IQ." But does the construct actually measure "intelligence" per the 5 key items listed above?
IQ tests do measure measure SOME processes and domains related to human intelligence. But whether this PARTIAL measure of SOME things corresponds to sweeping claims of racial destiny or inherent intelligence is dubious. And far from the quasi-religious "we have found the answer", "open and shut case" claimed by various "biodiversity" types- such correlations are modest in numerous instances and their predictive power likewise modest and limited. The SAT's primary predictive power as a stand in for example is most strongly associated with first year college grades. Most studies find that the correlation between SAT scores and first-year college grades is not overwhelming, and that only 10 percent to 20 percent of the variation in first-year GPA is explained by SAT scores (Harris et al 2011- the Myth of Standardized Tests)
Likewise good scores on tests like the GRE correlate reasonably well with good scores on other tests like medical school admissions and grades in a SPECIFIC DOMAIN of courses, BUT this does not necessarily translate into predictive power for life outcomes 10 or 20 years down the road, RELATIVE to other variables in the mix.
Richwine also asserts The average IQ of immigrants in the United States is substantially lower than that of the white native population, and the difference is likely to persist over several generations. The consequences are a lack of socioeconomic assimilation among low-IQ immigrant groups, more underclass behavior, less social trust, and an increase in the proportion of unskilled workers in the American labor market. Selecting high-IQ immigrants would ameliorate these problems in the U.S., while at the same time benefiting smart potential immigrants who lack educational access in their home countries.
^^Scary sounding, but Richwine's data is nothing new for WHITE immigrants to the US, who have also posted low scores, "more underclass behavior, less social trust, and an increase in the proportion of unskilled workers in the American labor market." The white Irish have long shown these characteristics and in fact, their rise occurred in spite of low IQs, due heavily in part to their adept use of political machinery, ethnic solidarity, discrimination against the non_Irish and mass violence againt non-whites. The Irish improved over time as they adaped to the urban economy, Blacks and other minorities are on track to do the same. Nothing earth shattering there. WOuld higher IQ immigrants be better than lower IQ immigrants, perhaps on certain counts, productivity in advanced jobs for example, perhaps less poverty etc. but again, white immigrants show all the negatives RIchwine talks about.
As regards IQ one recent study questions whether all can be reduced to a single number. If anything, intelligence shows a series of complex process in several domains with each impacting the other differently in different people- short-term memory, reasoning and a verbal component. The findings from the landmark study, which included more than 100,000 participants, were published Dec. 19 in the journal Neuron. The article, "Fractionating human intelligence," was written by Adrian M. Owen and Adam Hampshire from Western's Brain and Mind Institute (London, Canada) and Roger Highfield, Director of External Affairs, Science Museum Group (London, U.K).
Utilizing an online study open to anyone, anywhere in the world, the researchers asked respondents to complete 12 cognitive tests tapping memory, reasoning, attention and planning abilities, as well as a survey about their background and lifestyle habits.
"The uptake was astonishing," says Owen, the Canada Excellence Research Chair in Cognitive Neuroscience and Imaging and senior investigator on the project. "We expected a few hundred responses, but thousands and thousands of people took part, including people of all ages, cultures and creeds from every corner of the world."
The results showed that when a wide range of cognitive abilities are explored, the observed variations in performance can only be explained with at least three distinct components: short-term memory, reasoning and a verbal component.
No one component, or IQ, explained everything. Furthermore, the scientists used a brain scanning technique known as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), to show that these differences in cognitive ability map onto distinct circuits in the brain.
With so many respondents, the results also provided a wealth of new information about how factors such as age, gender and the tendency to play computer games influence our brain function.
"Regular brain training didn't help people's cognitive performance at all yet aging had a profound negative effect on both memory and reasoning abilities," says Owen.
Hampshire adds, "Intriguingly, people who regularly played computer games did perform significantly better in terms of both reasoning and short-term memory. And smokers performed poorly on the short-term memory and the verbal factors, while people who frequently suffer from anxiety performed badly on the short-term memory factor in particular."

They do not act as rational beings, just in great awe and fear for Blacks. All the images, documents we use for research are safed and kept like relics. They do not look at them or think the inkt of the engravings has blackened.
Their extreme stupidity is not intentional, it was bred in by the masters. We need not to waist anytime reasoning with them and move on with researchers here who have a brain and are not on DRUGS.
