Why are white scientists, and more importantly white supremacists the ones who get the say and what is black and what is African.
Modern racial and genetic classifications are Eurocentric and follow the Aryan model of historical analysis in the sense that they place the most importance on Europeans as the zenith of humanity. Europeans represent the tiniest most recessive strain of the human gene pool.
Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop taught us to reject the Aryan Model of Racial Classification because it places illogical unscientific limitations on the cultural legacy of the original people of the planet earth.
As Black people we must develop our own terminologies and use them based upon our modern political disposition because we live in a system of racism and white supremacy where there are two people: white and non white.
Genetically and ancestrally, all people on the planet earth are African because humanity originated in Africa. Politically however, an African or Black person should be defined as an individual who exhibits dominant phenotypical traits dark skin, wooly hair, ect.
The people of the Andaman Islands are classified as African because they came from Africa and exhibit dominant phenotypical traits; the most notable being their dark skin and tightly coiled hair. The same goes for the people of the South Pacific.
The genetic argument against such classification falls flat because 99.999% of the human gene pool is contained in the African continent. And all visible black people on the planet earth have continental African genetic markers.
Ultimately, accepting the European Aryan method of racial classification is not only scientifically unsound, but it is immoral and ethically wrong.

Good points, but the Andaman Islanders are NOT related to modern Africans.

How can they not be related when they descend from the same ancestors?
How can they not be related when the Andaman islanders directly came from Africa?
Do you see why following the Aryan model of racial classification makes absolutely no sense?

Exactly. The Asian in them is accounts for a small amount of microscopic genetic markers. I think Xyyman's point is that it basically goes for everyone. We are all African. Technically there is one race. Factor white supremacy as it has stood and sure people of sound mind and resources should unite against it regardless of race.

Andamaners are descendants of pre-split San/Pygmy who went along the tropical forest belt to south Burma and crossed to Andamans when sea level was low (a gap of 18 miles swum or boated across).
Per Madhu Mukerjee, Andaman kids have peppercorn hair, like Pygmies and San, with scalp skin between tufts of tightly coiled hair.
Andamaners are no closer to modern Africans than anyone else, THEY ARE FARTHER than most genetically, since they split earlier than most other OOA people! Of their ancestors in Burma, some moved eastwards to Japan (Jomon) with the YAP gene marker.
According to the linguist Greenberg, there are only 2 language families in the world, Andamanese and everybody else. I don't think it is quite that separate, since human in Malay is orang and in Andamanese is aung.

Genetically and ancestrally, all people on the planet earth are African because humanity originated in Africa. Politically however, an African or Black person should be defined as an individual who exhibits dominant phenotypical traits dark skin, wooly hair, ect.
So politically if someone did not have these traits they would not be African or Black

According to the system of racism and white supremacy, yes.

So would there be social classifications if whites were no longer in power?

Theoretically yes, but we live in a system where racism and white supremacy is the norm so the way we classify entities must fall in line with a pursuit of truth and justice contrary to the Aryan model.

What are some of the places in the world where white supremacy is not the norm?

There is no place in the modern world where white supremacy doesn't exist.
