Mena:LA artist painthatface turning a White woman into a Black woman means that White people can be disguised by a White people governments, a White people law enforcements and a White people spy agencies to infiltrate Black people in order to spy on them and sabotage them. there are so many light skin and Mulato Black people in the USA with long phenotype that it is easy for White American to disguise themselve as a Black American. I see a lot of mix Black men and White women in the USA with Mulato children. Many of those Black men have braids and dreadlocks.
The makeup artist took some heat for transforming a white model into what appeared to be an African-American model
African American singer and actress Alicia Keys have a White mother and a Black father. The White woman transformed as a Black woman looks like Alicia Keys.

I don't necessarily see a black woman but it is interesting color can change your looks if you don't have any pronounced facial features.

Given the large range of indigenious phenotypes one sees in Africa, any phenotype sufficiently darkened would conform to the African range. Statistically, the narrowest range would be hair form and color. Facial structures, labial forms and nasal indices vary widely.
The basis for these variations derive from the fact that Africa is the parent source of all of the races and population clines.
There are average structures, but the extremes must be included in any clinal analysis. The same is done for other physical characteristics such as height, body morphologies, etc.
