The Thai men and women take skin bleaching to a new low by bleaching their vagina, penis and posterior/bottom with bleach cream to become pale. The Thai even have laser surgery on their genitals to destroyed melanin making cells to make their genitals white.

A Thai model who sparked outrage in her country after flashing her rear online to promote a bottom whitening cream has been charged over the racy sales tactic.

Nitthakarn Nunthasuteepat, 25, made a video of herself demonstrating how the cream had turned her derriere a 'beautiful pale colour.'

But the footage, which comes a week after a Bangkok clinic sparked controversy after claiming it attracts 100 men a month for penis whitening, prompted outrage on social media.

Police arrested the model and charged her under consumer protection laws with 'mislabelling' the product.

She now faces up to a year in prison or a fine of 100,000 baht (£2,300) or both because of the cream, which she sells alongside vaginal tightening 'soaps' and face whitening masks.

Col Chanannat Santhawanpat, chief of the Consumer Protection Sub-division Region 4 in Bangkok, said the product's container had insufficient details and could be misleading.

Her video could be classed as pornography, he said.

He added that Nunthasuteepat had been released on bail while officers pass the case to The Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to investigate her products.

Dr. Somchai Preechaavejkit, Deputy Secretary General of the FDA, added: 'The produce advertised is registered, as a cosmetic body care in the form of whithening substances, so it must be checked whether the message is displayed as requested with or without the whole label and substances used.

'We believe that there is an advertising fault because claiming there is an instant switch in colour of the bottom from dark to white is not allowed.

Dr Preechaavejkit that the FDA will work with the police to check if the other products she sells are are correctly advertised or contain prohibited substances.

Nunthasuteepat said she had been selling her creams through social media for around a year.

She denied that she had intended to be provocative or that her products were non-compliant.

The single mother claimed the video was just demonstrating the successful results she had when using the cream.

'I have a child to support and no husband. I am just trying to take care of myself and my daughter,' she said. 'I hope people can understand and accept my apology.'

It comes a week after the Lelux Hospital in Bangkok sparked controversy in Thailand for its penis whitening service.

The procedure, which uses laser whitening, got wide play on Thai television and social media after the hospital released images of a man undergoing the treatment.

The hospital said it began offering the unconventional treatment six months ago, and now has three to four clients per day.

It left the public both baffled and alarmed, but the clinic said they have more inquiries than ever.

'These days a lot of people are asking about it. We get around 100 clients a month, three to four clients a day,' Bunthita Wattanasiri, a manager for the hospital's Skin and Laser department told AFP.

The whitening service costs around $650 for five sessions.

WHAT IS PENIS WHITENING AND INTIMATE BLEACHING?
Undergoing procedures to lighten the skin of the genitals, anus or groin area has become increasingly popular in the past year.

Laser bleaching of private areas is carried out by using a type of laser which damages or kills the cells that produce melanin - the pigment that gives skin its colour.

Most clients have to undergo a few laser sessions before achieving a desired result, and each session usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Laser bleaching comes with small risks of infection and scarring, and should always be carried out in a professional clinic setting.

Skin lightening can also be carried out at home using a bleaching cream.

However, professionals recommend to visit a clinic before embarking on any at-home treatments as bleaching creams can cause damage if not applied correctly.

This is particularly important when bleaching the sensitive skin on the genitals or anus.

Popularity of bleaching private parts has been linked to several high-profile celebrities, such as Kourtney Kardashian, publicly admitting to having these procedures done.

HB Health of Knightsbridge, a leading medical aesthetic clinic based in London, reported a 23 per cent in the number of people - men and women - asking for anal bleaching in 2017.

Asia's Skin Whitening Craze

There is a clear preference in East Asian societies for fair, unblemished skin. I first became aware of this while traveling in Japan in 2006. Ladies of all ages stopped me on the street and admired my very fair skin. As a middle school student then, I did not thoroughly understand the reason for this interest. Now, a few years later as an active participant in a USC research trip I have gained a deeper understanding of this phenomenon. One cannot stroll through the city of Hong Kong without encountering a variety of advertisements for expensive beauty products; the vast majority advertises whitening skin care regimens. These advertisements are not just limited to a female audience. Whitening products are also being marketed to men, though to a lesser degree.

Some examples of this current marketing reach are shown in the following commercials for skin lightening:
The concept of skin whitening and the pale skin beauty ideal is not new. The practice of recoloring one’s skin is directly related to the desire to achieve higher social status. Historically, a person's skin color has been a clear indicator of economic and social status. As early as pre-Qin China, there has been an association between one's wealth and one's skin color. Farm laborers who made a living by working in the sun were easily distinguishable from the Chinese upper class by their skin tone: farm laborers were darkened by the sun while the nobility were able to stay indoors and avoid sun damage. The same skin-whitening phenomenon occurred in the west during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Aristocrats at the time used a dangerous bleaching product, lead oxide, in order to differentiate themselves from the lower class laborers. The historic correlation between economic status and skin color naturally lead to the development of a variety of treatments in order to correct an "undesirable" dark skin tone.

The pale-skin beauty ideal is deeply embedded within East Asian culture. China in particular has several old sayings which associate fair skin with desirability. For example, the saying: ‘white, fortuitous, beautiful!’ That is the standard for female beauty” (白富美, bai fu mei). Another old Chinese saying states: "One whiteness can cover three kinds of ugliness." These sayings emphasize that having fair skin can "cover up" one’s faults. With respect to women, these sayings lead many to believe that if a woman has a pale complexion, she will be considered beautiful and desirable.

Additionally, there are many Chinese myths with respect to skin-whitening methods. For example, a traditional Chinese myth asserts that pearls help to lighten ones skin; drinking pearl powder and hot water mixture supposedly brightens one's complexion. There are also myths which associate the consumption of darker colored foods with darkening one's skin. Eating too much soy sauce allegedly makes skin more tan while pregnant women are often advised not to drink chocolate milk so that their children are not born with a dark complexion.

Given my upbringing in the U.S., I know well that people of all skin colors can be good citizens, enjoy family life, and succeed both in business and enterprise. The excessive preoccupation in East Asia about having a light skin is concerning, particularly since there is little scientific evidence that some of the products and diets that are suggested do, indeed, contribute to the lightening of one’s skin. It is best if young men and women do not associate the idea of finding a good job or having a higher social status with the color of their skin. The combination of many other attributes such as a good education, sensitivity to others in need, volunteerism, and a passion for the environment is what brings about a sense of self esteem in people regardless of gender or age. In my opinion, it is this feeling of self-worth that makes a person feel meaningful, no matter the color of their skin.

Interesting that today in the West, a tanned color os seen as most desirable. That's why tanning salons proliferate in the bid cities of Euro-America. The ideal color for whites these days would seem to the olive color of Mediterraneans from Portugal, Spain and Italy.

Maybe a tanned color suggests sufficient wealth to travel to sunny climes for vacation.

Eastern Asians have lots of psychological trauma.
They change their natural skin color.
They make surgery to enlarge their eyes.
They make surgery to enlarge the back of their skulls.
And, they dream to look like white blond blue eyes Europeans. [Eek!]

Stop making blankets statements. Nigeria has the world's highest percentage of women using skin lightening agents.
East Asians have a separate tradition of skin lightening that is related to class, the darker skin is associated with peasants tanned by doing physical labor outdoors. In America is much more common to see African Americans with blond wigs or dyed hair than it is to see in East Asians.

The top whitening lotion selling in Nigeria is Unilever, which are making hundred of millions in annual profits, by advertising on TV, magazines and internet, that light skinned women are more beautiful and attractive than dark skinned.

The top people which organized the advertising in Nigeria in fact, are black males executives that are paid millions by Unilever to increased their sales. They don't care about Nigerian women health, as long they earn millions.

They are the CEO, Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Oscar Onyema; Managing Director, Unilever Nigeria Plc., Yaw Nsarkoh; Finance Director, Unilever Nigeria Plc., Adesola Sotande-Peters and Vice President, Customer Development, Unilever Nigeria Plc., Felix Enwemadu during the Unilever Nigeria Plc.,

Now, in Asia, specially in Japan, Thailand, and China, dark skinned women beside been addicted to whitening' cream, they are addicted to plastic surgery. Even to get a job in South Korea, women with European facial features are preferable.

Now, how I know about that? Because I do have many Asian friends. I know they beauty concerns. Their main beauty concerns are the shape of their eyes and nose. Many of my Asian girlfriends from South Korea and China, had surgery to make their noses look longer and surgery in their eyes to make larger.

I wondering how many Asian friends do you have, because seems like, all you know about them, is what you read on internet....

Maybe the solution is to just shave off the hair as the Ancient Egyptians did and just wear wigs. Just think of the number of hours African women waste tending to their hair--from braiding, planting to defrizzing.

Stop just naively believing everything you read. I know much more about this issue than those "fly-in, fly-out" lazy WHO people. We know their lazy habits first hand.

Re bleaching in Nigeria and other West African states, I know that the WHO is just putting out fake statistics. Those products are relatively expensive and one can easily tell when they are being used.

Vanguard Media Limited, publishers of Vanguard Newspapers was established in 1984 by Mr. Sam Amuka (a renowned, veteran journalist and columnist of the Sad Sam Fame. The professor described bleaching as the lightening of the skin or the loss of pigment. Accoding to him, bleaching creams weaken the immunity of the skin and to some extent, the body. “The outermost skin layer (the epidermis) provides the first line of defence against pathogens. This skin layer is removed by skin bleaching creams. “Commonly used bleaching creams are: Movate, Skin-light, Make-Me Light and many more that have flooded the Nigerian market,” he said. Arinola said skin bleaching is practiced by black people of all ages, and both sexes, with higher prevalence among the young and unmarried, for fame or cosmetic purposes. He said that bleaching was also due to misconceptions about the presumed superiority and desirability of fair skin over the dark skin. The Chemical Pathology professor said that the disadvantage of bleaching was that the creams cause disruption in the normal immunologic functions of the skin. “We carried out different studies at different times in the laboratory, on dogs, cockroaches, mites and mouse. “The studies all showed that skin lightening creams caused disruption in the normal protective functions of the human skin and certain blood parameters “I therefore urge those involved in this harmful practice to desist from doing so,” he advised. Arinola said the availability and affordability of these bleaching creams did not help matter. “There is need for more public awareness programmes to enlighten the Nigeria populace about the dangers involved in the practice of skin bleaching. “The media could do more sensitization, information and enlightenment programmes to let the public know that the practice is not only destructive of the skin, but could also be a risk factor for many other skin diseases,” he said.

Again, you miss the point. Skin lightening creams have been used in many countries where people have darker pigmentation. In the U.S. this practice has been going since the early 1900s.

Dr. Palmer's lightening products have been sold in the AA community since the days of Madame Walker. India, China, and all of South East Asia, it has been known norm.

You did not prove your claim about Nigeria being the country where skin lightening has been the most prevalent. Merely citing statistics from the corrupt WHO does not pas muster. The Vanguard piece is irrelevant.

Nivea in Racism Row Over Skin-Lightening Cream

Commercial

VIDEO

____________________________________________

https://nypost.com/2017/10/18/nivea-faces-backlash-for-racist-ad-for-lighter-skin/

Nivea has become embroiled in a race row after an “appalling” face cream ad that promises “visibly lighter skin” for black women.

The beauty brand is advertising its new Natural Fairness moisturizer to women living in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon and Senegal.

Billboards show former Miss Nigeria Omowunmi Akinnifesi using the moisturizer to lighten her skin.

The German company also have a TV ad for the product showing a black model’s skin becoming lighter after she applies the cream.

People have taken to social media to express their outrage and disgust that they should want “fairer”s kin, and have been using the hashtag #PULLITDOWN to demand the removal of the adverts.

London entrepreneur William Adoasi slammed the TV commercial.

Sharing a clip of it online, he wrote: “This is why black businesses need to rise up and cater for our needs.

Nivea can’t get away with pushing this skin lightening agenda across Africa. Appalling.”

Fuse ODG, a British hip hop artist of Ghanaian descent, has also slammed the Nivea campaign.

He said: “Kindly take down these billboards you have placed all over our beloved countries in Africa.

“I saw this one with my own eyes today in Ghana and we love our complexion the way it is. And if you don’t take these down. We will.

“Every African everywhere should stop buying any Nivea product. Tag the Nivea branch from your country so they understand how foolish this is!”

The ad comes just one week after Dove was forced to apologize after an ad appeared to show a black woman turn white after washing with its products.

The beauty brand acknowledged it had “missed the mark” after the Facebook ad sparked a backlash that saw the company accused of racism.

The advert showed a black woman removing a T-shirt revealing a white woman underneath. The white woman then removes her T-shirt to reveal an Asian woman.

Hundreds of furious social media users have called for a boycott of Dove products calling the ad “disgraceful.”

lioness,

Answering your questions, about Asian trauma, it is pure psychological. I think the white color racism in Asia, started with the arrival of white Mongoloid nomadic herders, which was evolved in Siberia, invaded Southeastern and Eastern Asia.

Researching the origin of the Black people settlers on Jeju Island, located on South Korea Strait, I read that pregnant dark skinned females from Jeju Island, prayed in their temple, asking their deity to have white skinned newborns. It happened after Mongoloids conquered the region.

I think it was a psychological social stress and concern to fit in with the new society dominated by white Mongoloid male conquerors, which became majority on the region, and wanted to have their offspring to look like themselves to complete replaced Jeju's Island population with their own race.

That's why in South Asia, China, Japan, Korea, and North and Central Indian regions, pale, and light brown colors are preferable, and were preferable among Hindus, before Europeans arrived.

But, Mongoloids, and Mongoloid descendants which inherited, Mongoloid anatomical features such as epicanthic folds eyes, flat nose, flat back skulls, and flat faces, naturally, don't like their own genetic features, except for their hair.

For you to have an idea, Asian females prefer white males, in the Fitness Club I exercise. The majority of Asian females, hire only "white trainers" instead Black or Asian trainers.

Is common to see, rich Asian females, walking in the Fitness Club which I do exercise, with gorgeous and young white blondish blue eyes toy boys as their escorts.

The majority of my Asian girlfriends are married to blondish white blue eyes Americans or European males, except for one, which is a brown female from Philippines. They told me, they married their husbands, because they wanted to have "beautiful children", with European facial features.

Now... their kids, are the admixture of themselves, and the majority were born with slightly large eyes, than their Asian mothers. But, their kids, which some born with blondish hair and blue eyes, dyed their hair with all colors you can image, including dark blue, and purple colors [Big Grin] but, their boyfriends and girlfriends are in majority white Americans or Asians like themselves. And when I meet a mixed race European- Asian teenagers, and asked them, who they are, they immediately said, they are an European or American descendant, completely ignoring their Asian descendance....

I was chocked when an Executive friend mine, went to Japan for a business meeting. He said, he was invited by his Japanese business partners to go to a Tea House. He said he was chocked when he saw Japanese girls which worked there, with their facial and neck skin soaked with white cosmetic, looking like they were a Circle workers.

Some said that it started when Europeans arrived, and Japanese geisha girls painted their faces white to attracted white males. But, the fact is, that, they painted their face white long before European arrival, which means, that it was as well Mongoloid racial influence when they arrived in Japan long before Europeans did.

In China happened the same than in Japan.
As the Mongoloids invaded China and became majority among the dark people, Chinese women started to paint their face white. It happened during the Tang, and solidified, when the Sui Dynasty unified the Northern and Southern Chinese dynasties.

You can see in this map, from where mongoloids from the Sui were from the Siberia region.

There are more racism against black in Asian Countries than in European Countries.
There are more European male and females married to Black male and females than Eastern Asians.

Now...in West Africa, is different case than Asian countries.
In West African countries, is about "Greed" African male cruelty, and profit!

But, what can you expect from West African males, which sold millions of African children and women to slave traders for their own profit?

They continuous their old cruel cultural practices. Now, that they can no longer legally sale their African females to European slave traders, they are selling their females to European corporations, by inducing and misleading them, with false propaganda, to buy European products, such as Unilever harmful skin whitening products, from which West African male executives, are making millions of dollars, and Euros.

Their profits are deposited and hided in European and American banks, while their people, are living without infrastructure. Streets of their countries, including Nigeria, are dirty with sewage, garbage and mosquitoes all over the place, as you can see on the video you posted named - Why Nigerian women bleach their skin.

^ Why are you saying this is Siberia when it's not Siberia?

 -

^ This similar map, only different in the detail of the shape of the
region shows the the same position of the Sui dynasty, a high point around Beijing and then south from there

Q:
Why do Chinese women paint their faces white?
A:
QUICK ANSWER
Pale skin is a long-coveted sign of beauty in China, and skin whitening is an $18 billion-a-year industry in Asia. Although there are many modern companies competing in the industry, skin whitening is a tradition that dates back to the Han dynasty. Traditionally farmers and laborers had tan skin, so the upper-classes donned white facial makeup to display their status. The association between fair skin and wealth remains today

^^ You have linked here an explanation that is not racial

That's not to say there isn't plenty of racism in Asia. But above you have two sources that do not support what you say

lioness,

I think you are lacking of comprehension of what I wrote first, which was: Researching the origin of the Black people settlers on Jeju Island, located on South Korea Strait, I read that pregnant dark skinned females from Jeju Island, prayed in their temple, asking their deity to have white skinned newborns. It happened after Mongoloids conquered the region.

I think it was a psychological social stress and concern to fit in with the new society dominated by white Mongoloid male conquerors, which became majority on the region, and wanted to have their offspring to look like themselves to complete replaced Jeju's Island population with their own race.

Now, you behave like a small brain child, which think everyone have to save links of articles and books they read months and years ago...

If you want more information, search it by yourself...

By the way...I don't know from where you find your Sui dynasty map....LOL...because your map, does not match in accordance with the Chinese historians..

Actually, your map, is not of Sui Dynasty, it is of Qin dynasty...LOL..

MAP OF QIN DYNASTY

After Yang Zhong died, his son Yang Jian inherited his father's title, and usurped the throne in 581 by military coup. Yang Jian adopted the title Emperor Wen, and took over the Northern Zhou kingdom, renaming it the Sui Dynasty.

^^ same thing here, the Sui dynasty within the boundaries of China

So why are you saying "You can see in this map, from where mongoloids from the Sui were from the Siberia region."
???

How are these maps of a region inside China and not even extending to it's Northernmost regions showing that?
