I don't know the details but I beleive Rosilie David, Manchester University does one and you have to go to Manchester 2-4 times a year.

Akshar is right about Manchester Uni doing a distance learning course, and yes, you are expected to attend a few weekends a year for group tutorials, but most of the work is done at home. Exeter Uni also offer a distance learning course, and it is easier to get on that one. Manchester is very very popular and usually has a long long waiting list. Have fun whatever you decide to do!
