I plan on studying abroad in Egypt and was wondering if skateboarding around Cairo is legal, accepted. Any info regarding skateboarding in Cairo/Egypt would be helpful. Thanks.

Very few places where you can sucessfully skateboard here without having the equivalent of an SUV with a double-wishbone suspension under your feet.

There are a few select places you can skateboard, I don't know where though. I saw a guy rollerblading in the street here a few days ago. He seemed to manage.
