I am think to buy a house or appartment in the redsea district. Can anyone inform me about the cost for whater,electric and gas. Do you have also pay other cost as an owner like taxes or so. Thanks in forward!

I thought only time share was available in the red sea. But its been a long time and I am out of touch so I could be wrong

Now a days its also possible for foreigners to buy a house so that is not the problem. I am only wondering about the other cost or experience of other people!
