could anybody tell me the cost of a years membership in cario i will be living in downtown would like a gym close by

It depends … there are many little neighbourhood gyms that charge about 50 LE a month. The bigger and more fancy ones are about 3500 – 5000 LE a year. The ones in the downtown area are located in hotels, the Nile Hilton, the Conrad and the Grand Hyatt have gyms / health clubs.

Hello, A.,

my suggestion: By the equippment new at Tahrir Square. A bike, a tripstep, some weights and a 'backcaring' stomachtrainer.
You always have them clean at home !
Work out in front of your television at any time you CAN...it works!
