Some ppl told me that I am so open that I can't see that sometimes I tell the truth which everybody would like to hide. And that some ppl want to manipulate u then........Is it true?

Maybe it is easier to say what truth is not? As usually...(???) It's not manipulation or what want it to be and our comfortable and carefully build strategy.

You ask me for a definition of truth? There is no definition of truth. How can one's self define one's self? Pilate asked Christ, "What is truth?" and Christ simply looked at him and remained silent. Truth has no words, no sounds. Truth is an experience of the extreme depths of the self. It is total identification with what is.
Truth is not the opposite of untruth. The opposite of untruth is still untruth. All extremes are untruths. Truth is the mean between extremes. In other words, truth transcends all extremes.

Uffffffff, some ppl think that truth has to come blunt! As if truth needs any dramatic effects! That truth sucks! I like indirect sweetened truth...

And most of the time it allows the person to readjust their delusions and carry on their fantasy.
People need to be woken up to the truth.
Some of the hardest things I have had to bare, be told, happened to give the greatest courage.
Besides with every awful truth you manage to swallow the more beautiful things you learn about yourself.
