"HEPCA is a recognised NGO - Non Governmental Organisation - registered with the Red Sea Governorate and established by the Members of the Hurghada Diving Society. HEPCA's mandate is the protection and conservation of the land and marine ecology and the underwater environment of the coral reef of the Red Sea and its coastline".
