I used the word "villa" because I don't know what else to call it. It's the ground floor and first floor in a building, connected with internal wooden stairs. It's in Hanovil, Agamy and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The building is about 8 years old and we are the first buyers.
Here are the details: **Ground floor: -Kitchen, open to a reception. -Small bathroom with shower. -"Varanda", with ceiling fan, an outdoor shower and a garden gate.
**1st floor: -3 bedrooms(1 with a balcony). All 3 have ceiling fans. -Bathroom(with bathtub).
1- Furniture[4 single beds, 1 double bed, 3 wardrobes, a dressing table, dining table + 6 chairs, a sofa-bed + 4 chairs and a sofa.]..pretty much all the basic stuff.
2- Fridge.
3- Washing machine (not automatic).
4- Stove, with oven (fair condition).
We only go there once a year for 2 weeks.
