A friend of mine is looking for a 3 bedroom furnished flat in Cairo. Their budget is in the range of 1700-2000 LE (not American $$). They would prefer a lower level unit (they've got very young children). Somewhere with access to the shops on foot or easily by taxi is important. "Less is More" when it comes to furnishing.
