Web designer/developer available for creating or updating websites, inc. a mailbox feature from 100mb-250mb of space, a domain name, a choice of a forum/chatbox on the site, a personal photogallery, daily updated horoscopes/daily world news,etc. You can also have a storage room for uploading your own stuff on it, which will be password protected, with username &password of your choice. Would you be able to program a site according to a design / layout that's been given to you? And what would the cost be? Do you charge an hourly rate or by project?
