bar restaurant for rent in dahar near empire hotel the restaurant is with furniture and terras with license for alcohol the place is direct on the street with a lot off tourist in the street the rent will be 5000 egyptian pound and a deposit from 30.000 egyptian pound the place in very nice location

Hi,
do you ever come across any restaurants for sale in Hurghada? ..... or any shops that could be converted to a restaurant. Moveing to Egypt around Oct November and we are just finding out what is on offer at the moment.
